There's a line in an episode of the comedy Only fools and Horses where trigger says "I've had this broom since I started- it's had 11 new handles and 14 new heads" -it's no longer the same broom. Now if you properly upgrade and overhaul parts of the engine as and when needed-eventually you might aswell need a new engine. However I'd rather not wait 2-4 years for another game from ND just because they need a year or two to create a new engine... so no I'm not ...
But the console environment and PC environment is totally different. a gpu in the ps4 will perform better gaming wise than the same GPU in a pc of similar pricing. Because on PC the games are designed to work on the highest and lowest and everything inbetween tech wise-on a console they only have to run on the specs of the ps4 in a closed enviroment.

If not you could always export the video to Facebook, then download it onto your pc at a later date to use better editing software before putting it on YouTube, although I'll be shocked if there's no way for both system to upload straight to YouTube.... The first option applies for anywhere else you might want it uploaded too.
I reckon they'll make uncharted 4-conclude the series for the time being at least, maybe leave it open to revisiting in the future but not for a few years, that team will go on to work on a new IPand take 3 years, and within the next 2 years we'll get a TLOU sequel announced and released within 2.5 years.

Um Tlou levels are pretty open-bearing in mind technical limitations... I mean female hunters aren't in the single player because of RAM limitations apparently, limited number of different enemy models they could use. There is no cover system in tlous so I don't see your point, and the emphasis certainly isn't on shooting.

But there's nothing stopping next gen versions releasing earlier-remember they are ports of pc games, and other devs have said it's taken them 3 months to get almost finished replica's of their pc games ported to ps4 on the equivalent of high settings on pc-before they sit to fix bugs, optomise etc. And I would expect currenrt gen versions will need more work to eliminate bugs, and push the old hardware-you're effectively cramming a game made for superior hardware into old har...

In fairness google offer the ability to upload music to the cloud and don't seem to care where it came from.... So it's not impossible, they have a limit but it's like 120k songs... :S
So you can store as many game saves on the cloud as you like... great. Although certainly nothing groundbreaking Steam has it, PSN has 1GB limit on ps3 and vita and I don't know about ps4 but bh if you manage to use up 1GB of cloud storage on game saves... well that's impressive to say the least. Oh and ofc unlimited downloads of films and games you buy on xbl but personally I thought that was a given? i mean I was shocked when sony were expecting you to pay to redownload films/tv sho...
Ignoring GAIKAI the other stuff you mention is free though.... it's JUST the online gaming. So most people would rather it be this way so if they don't plan to play online they don't have to pay for the other online features.
