Watch dogs hasnt been downgraded, latwst trailer and footage etc has proved that.

The footage in the next gen gameplay trailer (I think it was next gen) looked better andbthe details that came out of gdc sounded promising. Physics based web swinging. Having direct control over left and right web shooters via trigger and the combat info all sounded good. Plus new yorks been done properly I hear and more of the game involves outside stuff now. We shall have to see how it ultimately turns out but its a shame treyarch only make COD games now their spiderman 2 on ps2 was awesom...

@Menech yeah but if you live in the UK and buy consoles from game you a)are nuts or b) have so much money you don't care how much higher their prices are consistently than ANYWHERE else.or c) you are really desperate. I'm not surprised GAME have console stock. I know amazon uk keeps flucuating from in stock to out of stock every few days and only recently started havinf any stock at all.
@candy_mafia not salty at all, I paid like 10-15 pounds (I forget the exact amount) so thats woughly half the retail and it feels like it was worth that. Only thing that annoyed me was the final cutscene. THe bit with motherbase (people with it will know what I mean) I fully expected at least some of that to be playable but.. nooo it wasn't... -_-
I bought ps4 version for like 15 quid, it's worth that. I'd rather have had the whole thing at once but...

If the developer wants the game to be a surprise to the player then that's their choice. You should be able to review the core of the game without having to give out spoilers-if the developer says it's a spoiler they probably know best. Also if this is the case you don't review something lower just because you argued with the creator. That's wrong and VERY unprofessional. Also I'm playing second son atm and have been for some hours. To people tslking about orocessing power its mentioned sonys vr hasa "processing unit" I think it comes with a seperate unit that will handle the extra power needed to do 2x1080p at 60fps. And that rest of ps4 will do rest of worj required. Also im guessing as sony have sound and vision areas the sound for one thing should be better thabon OR in the very least.
You realise I think ot was digital foundry showed that most of the frame rate hiccups on cod werent the frame rate dropping... but exceeding 60fps in places. So when that occurred amd ot returns to 60 your eyes percieve it as a drop. Bit it isn't. ... so not running as smoothly maybe but only because the fps wasnt capped properly clearly.
You realise infamous does have dynamic shadows? And there are different weather effects that change as the game goes on. Depending on the weather and time of day dpends on how strong those shadow eefects etc will be they've already said this themselves...
No he said the whole game abit of free roam and some side missions would be about 40 hrs and todo every side mission and colectible erc woukd likely take closer to 100 hours. Infamous is 10-12 hrs main story closer to 20-25 to get all collectibles and do all sode missions etc.
True he dies also say in a tweet he's looking forward to pkaying the game on its release this coning week so at least he's not asking the question and not playing the game.... I think all he means is there will be less interaction with pedestrians etc than in watch dogs, where you can profile everyone etc.
He never said that pc watch dogs would look worse than pc. What he said was that the console version would look best on ps4 and then added that eatch dogs would look best on pc in an attempt to get elitist morons like yourself to nlt pickout hos comment shame it didnt work.
I really hooe you are right... honestly ive got to be honest right before I got my ps4 at launch and ac4 I was concerned some ac4 trailers werent looking next gen enough. Still we shall see in about 2 months time.
Yeah I fond gameplay to be slightly more important bit annoyed at what seemingly is a downgrade however its not bad enough that the game wont be perfectly enjoyable I'm sure. It also just occurred to me whT of the trailers are using ps4 share capture then edited into the trailer... could mean there really is no downgrade and thats just the capture quality... a guy can hope right? :p)
Well I think you are abit dismissive of their opinion and really you shouldn't be.
