THEY DO! as long as sign in data is in your cache (so you've used PSN in last like 2-5 days on that device) you tend to be fine logging in and playing just account management and sometimes the store are unavailable.
Web psn store works fine and ps4's psn store is blazing fast and the same as ps3's new store, it's why they changed it I think.
PSN rarely goes 'offline' you just have to have sign in authentication on PS's cache and account management/ps store become unavailable it's rare you can't sign in at all and lasts a couple of hours or so when that happens.

no you don#t have to stay signed in, you have to have signed in once in that time then usually you can sign out and it'll be fine-it's because it means the authentication stuff is still in your ps4#s cache so it doesn't have to receive it from the server which is under maintenance.

Your right theres no reason for you to buy it if you already conpleted it and the dlc. I personally wont buy it day one but will get it at some point mainly as I dont have my ps3 with me at uni and havent played the dlc. But I wont oay the full day 1 price and am happy to wait.

Yeah dodnt they recently release two trailers that were 'pc footage' but then the first turned out to be ps4 and the latter that showed off the nvidia effects etc was the pc version? Also actually how many trailers has this game recieved now? Just showing the same stuff over and over...
@trancfreak The question could be asked why someone with a good PC gets even more shit lobbed at them if they say they want to get a game on consoles instead. IT'S THEIR CHOICE. Personally I hope some of the people on this thread being dicks find the game unplayble when they get the game regardless of what they own it on, maybe find out a batch of the discs were keyed/downloads corrupted and it mysteriously only effected them....
Ummm are you sure I'm 100% certain that watch dog' reccomended specs are higher than that.... CPU wise for sure... and recommended specs isn't usually even high/max....
