I really hope Infinity Ward can somehow force Acti to not include guns in Supply Drops. Cosmetics are fine; guns are not.

Really? There's a lot of new content, no? Episode 2 dropping in October with new Raid and such, and there's more planned until early 2020...
What's weird is, Call of Duty has been on a Battlefield-esque trajectory, and BF is on the COD one (TTK, etc.). It's weird, it's like both franchises want to be like the other but not the entire way.
I can see Infinity Ward doing their own thing with large scale battles, with Treyarch doing their own Specialists thing. That said, I don't trust Treyarch anymore after BO3 and BO4 though.

I hope EA learned their lesson though. I agree; it's in a good spot right now. I just hope BF6 or whatever comes next from DICE is a full game at launch, isn't predatory, and is just a good game in general.
BF3 Remaster for MP! Imagine that. Even with no touches on the gameplay, I'd buy this. If EA does it and releases it for $40 or something, imagine what would happen. :)
Thing is, it's not just kids. Adults pay and buy these packs just to create their ultimate team. It's sickening but unless the gaming populace knows better, this will continue.
Yep. This is insane. So as long as the game doesn't teach you how to gamble, it's OK? LOL! Their really needs to be a competitor to NBA 2K. This is why this stuff flies; since n one can challenge them and basketball fans will still buy it since there's no other alternative.
