I think that's confirmed. Also, it will help the game's longevity. I think the main concern now is, how good or bad are the bots? Too good and they become an issue, too stupid, and they become fodder.
But given how bad Joe Rambo is at team play. AI bots might be better squad mates. I had squad mates in past BF games that didn't deploy med or ammo packs unless THEY needed it. Yeesh!

Yep. It's super expensive. I got one before for like $600, and it was fantastic to use, though it eats up a ton of space.
But a good ancient game is still good? I dunno. Some games just take ages to go down. COD games are notorious for not being cheap even if they are old.

Exactly. If they make a F2P mode, it won't be the same as the premium (paid) one. Warzone's success can't be ignored. I mean, if I was EA, I'd make sure there's a F2P mode for it somewhere.

Every BF game has dedicated servers. I think that's one of the main advantages it has over COD which has used P2P servers for the longest time.
Now it (COD) uses some sort of hybrid servers but BF should be safe. I'm already thinking of renting a server (provided they allow it again).
I'm fine with day one patches but the size though? Man, 5GB is considered small now for a day one patch. :(
I can see this maybe being something end of year? Maybe for the PSVR2? Dunno. Could (and hopefully) wrong. I just see them doing State of Plays for Horizon, and a few more. Maybe they'll try and do a PSX in December since COVID in some parts are dying down?

I think the sliding is OK provided it's taken down a notch. BFV sliding was insane. It was like reverse bunny hopping. xD
