We don't know that, and also, those two are verrrrry much different in terms of implementation. I gather, adding a Photo Mode is way easier than making sure co-op is working properly.

Yep. It's different especially for something like BF or CoD. That said, I can see how this becomes annoying for some. LOL! Use a bipod for an LMG and then swap for an underbarrel anytime? Sounds OP.
