The Rep stats sound like it is improved but you still can be rated by spoiled brats so....
For example I got a few "Talks trash" in my rep but that is virtually impossible as I block everyone except those on my friends list AND I never, EVER wear a headset in MP.

I don't know all these various institutions are coming out of the woodwork to give furloughed Government workers all these handouts.
1. None of them have NOT gotten payed yet, the first "Non-paychecks won't happen until Friday.
2. Their pay will be retro, it's not like they are NOT going to get paid.
3. The Government brought this on themselves, why are they constantly being rewarded?

Achievements and Trophies add extra challenges to games and thanks to some of the more well though out ones actually make you play a game differently than you would have or with a different character than you normally would, some times we (I) can be a bit close minded in my play style and every now and then a Dev will open my eyes to something i would have never tried before.

OK I downloaded it and played it a few times, it's an addicting little game and achievements from my phone to boot, Kuddos Microsoft.
Looks kinda cool, I'll have to check it out.
