Hopefully it wont be like gow3 where boss fights are qte...so boring
Your list makes dice look good. Like you know...hard working devs.
Im just gonna point to 15 dollar map packs.
Now would you kindly stfu
Actually with respawn they have the opportunity to have 3 year cycles per franchise. This imo is the sweet spot.
hah exiting article after 15 seconds saved myself 4 minutes of my life to that will go to porn.
That's all I used my ps3 for was netflix. In the end I sold it before it got a price reduction so I got a pretty penny back from it.
Imo if you use your console strictly for netflix. Now would be the time to sell. At least then you'd have a couple hundred put aside for wii-u
Besides theres a better option for me and the people who decided on not buying it.
Thank goodness for torchlight 2. Though with guild wars 2 coming out late next year in around the same time frame d3 would drop. There will be an abundance of games to fill your loot needs
It already is a spectator sport. The problem is american gaming journalism is far behind.
You had the chick on kotaku pretty much dumping on pro gaming. you had hhg trying to compare starhawk to starcraft. Admitting to never even playing starcraft...but hes an exception considering most would debate hes not even a journalist
Boom.
That is all
In other words "im going on hiatus cuz I ran out of metal gear ideas".
Fun fact
modern combat era was kicked off by a mod of battlefield 1942 known as desert combat. These guys went on to create the game Frontline: Fuel Of War, then Homefront.
Battlefield 2 was loosely based on this mod though im sure Kaos wont get their due credit by Dice. Cod4 followed 2 years later with a lot of "borrowed" elements of bf2 including ranks, unlocks, major statistics, and a revamped system that made everyone a commander with killstre...
Bioware: "We are going to make dragon age 3 more streamlined for those players that hated DA2. We are going to simplify even MORE so that anyone could pick it up and play!"
seeing as diablo can be pvp heavy I think it's awesome that you can spend a couple hundred hours gearing up your character only to have the rich kid with mommy's credit card drop 500 on his character on his first day playing and wipe the floor with you...
has this market existed? yes it did. However it was taboo regardless. meaning not everybody did it. If you were found out to be buying gear online you lost rep.
that's as far as I go regarding D...
id like to hear a demonic scream when he finally catches up to you. would make it perfect.
or as he gets closer the whispering sounds more twisted and distorted.
gonna be pretty scary when you're mining underground and you hit an unlit cave only to find a pair of floating eyes staring at you
Ubisoft's always on proved to work extremely well. There wasn't any worry of the servers going down, or people hacking the servers and bringing down the network. Hell the pirates couldn't even crack it.
It was flawless, it was seamless, it was perfect. Props to Blizzard for catching on.

HHG use your brain dude.
OK say they've improved some engine features, (impact engine, better visuals) that's a great update for the Madden franchise right?
ok a year later. Roster update. a year after that roster update. A year after that roster update.
You get my point? Every franchise will make an engine change at some point. But when they do the LAST thing you should be doing is telling everyone "hey screw competition they...
After what they did to part 2. Hell ya they need one. And I will be getting my demo. That goes without saying. It's up to them on if it's a full version demo or their own official demo.
Nice post.
I'm usually against anything activision does but they got it right. Even used copies is more exposure. I wouldn't go as far as saying a lot of what makes cod successful is all the exposure it gets through the used, borrowed, and rental copies.
I like how publishers are now assuming they got a instant hit and will milk it for all it's worth. ea's worst enemy is ea themselves and it's been this way since bf2142
Yeaaaaa the student store.
I remember savin up my nickels and dimes to get pencils of my favorite nfl teams...
ill go with whatever is more likely to fetch me the most money on ebay...probably the dog tags
Ive played arma and have been playing battlefield since 1942 pre launch demo.
Both games were fun. But nowadays gamers especially here on n4g believe fun exists in arcade type games only. .
I believe this stems from the new generation growing up without arcades though and not the games themselves. .
if your in your mid twenties or older you know firsthand the awesome experience I speak of. so take pity on the cod generation. they have been de...
More people are playing mw2 then blackops on steam...
But then on xfire more people are playing cod2 then mw2 and blackops
