The CoD hate bandwagon had started before they decided to rick roll pc gamers. BUT it wasn't until they did that that. That the bandwagon went into full swing.

thats still pretty bad for pc. BF2 I know offhand sold 1.5 mil in its first month. Sins of a Solar empire sold a few hundred thousand in its first month. Who knows how much games likes L4D or TF2 sold on the pc. I would guess a few million easily in their first months.
really diggin it. It's gonna look amazing on the pc. If this gets 64 man servers. This is going to keep me and the army of pc gamers that were rick rolled by IW busy until BF3 comes out.
There are still massive jaggies everywhere on the ps3. It's going to be beautiful on my pc @ 1080p with max AA.
I'll buy a 5870 if I have to just for the eye candy of collapsing buildings and a rainstorm of missiles and bombs. This game deserves nothing less.

I've been saying this for awhile but Valve has a hen that lays golden eggs. If the industry found out how much revenue or sales steam brings in. I'll bet my left nut we'd see 100 more digital distribution platforms announced.

I followed this game before launch but what probably led me to not purchase it. Was the amount of bugs that were reported. I was still pissed at EA for their handling of BF2 and decided not to support a game full of bugs at launch.
I decided to wait until it got patched but forgot about it. I did buy it yesterday though. It's one of those deals you can't pass up.

The last time 402 showed up in the IW PC forums was nov 3rd. There have been many many legit issues with the game only to come back and respond in a thread titled "PC only 3% sales"
His IW/Activision's main goal at this point is to discredit the people that have been able to hold on and not purchase their game. STILL i have nobody on my friends list that bought the game. Though about 3/4 have downloaded it. <...

Actually as a bf fan since 1942 demo. I can tell you this puts mw2 to mega shame. I was only able to play mw2 for one round before it felt like cod4. Battlefield has ALWAYS put cod to shame when it was released on pc. From what I've seen in the beta. IW is about to be taken to school by DICE. Again I should add
better pick up a pc then. I'm not sure about consoles but pc is going to have infantry only mode.
I played MW2 when it was cracked for multi. I honestly can't stop playin this one single map in bc2.
MW2 is done for. It wont sell as much as MW2 until the sheep start following the wolves. But it's safe to say that DICE are back to their usual CoD killing selves.

Considering their games use the scenes of classic war/action movies already. If the trailer consists of a dude with green flares on a rooftop calling off an airstrike or russians invading the US. I'm pretty sure it's gonna bomb hard.
I've played it one day so far. It was so very very entertaining on the ps3. I'm amazed at how console players don't move when they are getting shot at. I usually went 40-50 kills to 20 deaths.
However
I stopped playing because I felt the jaggies getting to me and I decided I'd better wait for the pc beta to come out. So that I can enjoy it to the fullest.
