Yes OOT is 2 generations old. However the Zelda fanbase is growing up. I would estimate that a huge huge portion of zelda fans are over 18 years old.
When you take that into consideration. These gamers expect the next big Zelda release to be as big as how final fantasy fans are expecting ff13 to be.
The Wii will not make this possible. The most it will do is make it fun for 6 year olds. Complete with gimmicky wiimote swordfights and other mini games found in Hyrule....

aim assist is still aim assist. When I played kz2 it was very noticeable. I'm sorry but thats not hardcore. and in cs you'll find the best shots use an ak. Why?
The recoil is terrible but the first shot is always pinpoint straight. That's all a real fps gamer needs.

Let this be a humbling experience to Infinity Ward where ya you can make games for the quick buck but it will never be GoTY. For that award effort and quality are needed.
Spike (suprisingly) has brought balance back to the gaming world.
My dislike for IW runs alot deeper than my dislike for ps3 fanboys if you hadn't noticed.
