Game looks like fun, crazy how people are praying this but crapping on cyberpunk though. Cyberpunk looks like it took a ton of more resources to make. I think people are just looking to criticize it because it’s got a lot of hype
Game looks insane to me, blows my mind the amount of work that had to be done. Amazing cdpr can turn out stuff like this without raping people with micro transactions yet EA and the rest say that it’s impossible
I’m glad epic marketplace exist, makes no since to me why people feel the need to be loyal to steam. They’ve made a fortune bieng the only one in there market for a long time and I’m glad there’s at least a little competition now. The 30% they where charging seems ridiculous and it didn’t take long for them to have to change it when epic stepped in. I’m sure this’ll pressure steam into making games again and drive prices down
Xtaz as a former Xbox guy that’s never owned a PlayStation I think your wrong on that. There about even on studios and Sony’s are pretty much all AAA while xbox’s are mostly aa game pass filler
Chinese doing what the Chinese are good at, stealing
Because of the hype I bought it digitally thinking there’s no way it can be bad... 10 hours in I realized I screwed up
Hopefully they release on both. I’d love too see this game knock it out of the park so others see quality games can be successful without mt’s and shady business practices
Good, after botw I dread hearing developor bragging about how big a map is. Botw should have been half it’s size, all I remember from that game is wandering. I seriously wonder if people would have been so high on that game if it wasn’t zelda
$20 minimum wage is bull. Entry level jobs that require zero skill shouldn’t be a career choice. America has tons of opportunities so if you settle for working at McDonald’s for 20 years and somehow never got a promotion you don’t deserve $20. I remember seeing a video on Walmart employees organizing to complain about low pay, maybe those losers should have put that effort into learning a skill
Pretty sure everyone gets equal hate when it comes to micro transactions, that’s one thing we all agree on
I’m sure they have studies done on the best ways to make it addictive and compulsive. Any game designed around constant monetization clearly makes compromises in other areas
Liberalism is a mental disease and kotaku is full of them
If they did it where there was a set amount of money for he extra stuff I’d be fine with it. They don’t though, they make it so it’s impossible to own everything and make it as addictive as possible
I bet the idea behind game pass is to get games in as many hands as possible and profit off micro transactions. I’m sure they’ve had a bunch of big brains in a room planning out how they’re going to slowly work them in. And publishers saying they have to is a lie, no matter how much profit they get it’s not going to be enough. How come cdpr can deliver a game better the 90% of the other ones out there and not need to abuse there costumers?
Probably should have proofread my post lol, to late to edit. Meant to say it’s crazy how big the in-game economy is in games these days. I bet you can’t buy everything in the game for less then $500 which is insane. Very few publishers aren’t abusing micro transactions. Sony and cdpr are the two I can think of off the top of my head that do it right
They say season passes like they are a bad thing. I’d much rather have that or them charge more for a game and focus on making a fun progression system. People shouldn’t want to skip crap by paying extra, and the money economy of these games is always on insane amount of money to have everything
Microsoft can’t catch a break
Going of like dislikes your opinion is unpopular but I’m kinda with you. I remember having a part time job in costumer Service and it sucks. It’s always the people that look like they have miserable lives that are the worst. It’s like everything sucks in there life so they take it out on someone they think they have power over. It was always funny when they realized the Job didn’t mean that much to me and I wasn’t going to take it. As far as respawn’s response I don’t think any of them where ...
As someone that was always loyal to Xbox its weird to no longer care about them. Had the og Xbox and everyone since then, even was happy beginning of this generation. This past year I’ve found myself disappointed with a lot of there decisions and probably getting my first PlayStation next gen.
Well now there’s more competition, Jesus how are people so stupid... steam has never had a major challenger and I guarantee both companies are looking at ways to make there service better then the other now. Hell we might be even get half life 3 now
