The values only there now to get people in, pretty sure they plan on making the money on micro transactions but getting people to slowly accept them. Next gen will be my first PlayStation, Microsoft’s going to turn consules into the Mobil market

I wish they wouldn’t try to copy Microsoft on crap like this. It’s like Xbox does something different and don’t feels like it has to follow to compete even though they’re bad ideas. I went from a Xbox fanboy to being done with them hopefully next gen because I don’t like the gaas model they’re pushing. Just hope Sony doesn’t go all in on that also

Not trying to be a jerk but really don’t understand this one. Nothing seemed fun or addictive about this game. Stardew valley and other sim games i can understand even though I don’t like them but animal crossing just seems so boring. I seriously wonder if it’s just the Nintendo name that caused the hysteria
Yeah I agree as far as still having some indies and stuff but things like the Witcher 3 are numbered. The game takes a massive amount of work and games 1/10 the size probably make more because of mt’s. Cdpr doesnt get enough credit, wish there where more developers like them
That’s not good. The days of buying a game for a set amount of money are coming to an end and when it does I’m finding a new hobby. I want games to be designed around fun instead of constantly trying to trick me into spending more money.

Yep. Instead of charging upfront honestly there going to be nickle and diming you in other ways. I would bet anything they have a 10 year plan or something to phase in more and more micro transactions. Game pass is just the Trojan horse. These guys see the mobile market where games are 1/100th of the effort and pull in tons of money. When I can no longer buy a game upfront for a set amount of money I’m done gaming and finding a new hobby

Just didn’t seem like a $60 game. I played assassins creed black flag on the switch right after and the two didn’t even seem to be in the same league. Pretty bad considering ac was like 5 years old at the time. The astrel plain was bland and felt like stuff was just wierd for the sake of being weird. I’m glad people got enjoyment out of it though
