I agree with your list but I'd throw in Demon's Souls and Dark Souls as well. Valkyria Chronicles on PS3 was also incredible, as well as endless other indie games.
And they're still improving reflections as well.

If Xbone can't run Ghosts at 1080p, it sure as hell can't do Battlefield 4 either.
Forza isn't in the same league. You ever notice Turn 10 never even speaks about the technology in their games? Why is that? Is it because they know that if they were modeling everything you see on screen (like Evolution Studios does) their games wouldn't run at 60fps? Hint: yes
DriveClub is a nice example why games shouldn't be rushed. If they would have went through with the November launch, they'd be wrapping up now, claim it's gone gold, and we wouldn't see the improvements they've been making.

The improvements these guys have made over such a short period are insane. Come to think of it, they've improved it so much, that having it release in November would have been disappointing, seeing how they could do so much more with it.

Well, Arkham Origins hasn't been seeing the best reviews from other websites either. This 6/10 is hardly surprising enough to call out, but I hear it's amazing.
