I can never bring myself to buy elite dangerous despite my love for space an all things scfi. It always looks cool at a glance. Though usually after watching someone play it for a bit. It always seems like there are one of 3 things to do an the cockpit is purely digital in every spaceship. An that always seemed a bit limiting to me.

That was my thought, its one of the lowest non suhd samsungs you can get. This is why some people no longer see games with the same difference. I friend of mine bought a low end lg an was like I just don't see how great all this is. The difference between the his lg though and my Samsung ks8000 is huge. An important part about stepping into 4k is to make sure you do it the right way.
Yea we have both a 65 and 55 ks8000 an the pros are running like a dream. From Tomb Raiderto Ratchet an Clank it's been tons of fun. An Shadows of Mordors patch really has done wonders for the games visuals.

It's a $10 price increase not 20 of which is almost inconsequential. Given like Xbox Live which has been 60 no one actually pays that price. Unless u just don't look around. Xbox live has been $60 for ages and yet I don't know a single person that pays that much for it. Same with PS plus there are sales on the year subscription several times a year where you often pay about 30 to 40 bucks.
I have been waiting for what seems like forever for the strix oc edition to come back in Stock. My local frys is claiming a shipment by the 10th of August. So hopefully I can get one though I would prefer Newegg since I would pay no tax.
To my understanding the issue comes from how the multi-player will play. An not really anything to do with the campaign.
I wouldn't buy it because in large part the X1 we have now we don't even play it. It's about the games and for us that has been PS4 and our PC second. The way I look at it is that we currently have every system out an any game we want on them. An yet we almost have to force ourselves to want to play on anything besides our PS4's, pc's or handheld.

The coverage last time was just awkward with them basically using e3 as an excuse to parade around youtube stars. Rather then focusing on the gAmesbury coverage as they should have.
I haven't been really able to get into a lot of them on the 3DS. With the exception of Fire Emblem Fates and probably Monster Hunter Story when that comes out. All the other jrpgs I got plans for are on PS4.
My biggest issue thus far with the information we have there is no idea how this will affect the current landscape. We already have 3 PS4's an if it ultimately gets to the a point where performance is so bad on certain games I can't imagine have to replace all 3. I know they claim it won't ever happen but so Nintendo said the same thing with games that were not exclusive to the new 3DS an yet Hyrule Warriros plays like shit on the old 3DS.

I guess they eventually fixed that but when I installed Horizon 3 it auto put it on my C drive. I had to go through a couple back end menus to get it to stop doing that. The way I imagine it worked was originally I hadn't had any apps big enough to matter. An when I bought the game I wanted it elsewhere an it did not ask on a per app basis.
