@UltraNova that's because the Pre-Sequel was a bad game. That was done quickly to try an capitalize on the the fun people were still having with BL2.
I've had several issues on PC that have nothing to do with specs. We've run into the Kait walking on her own at the start of the village glitch. The first night we got connected for all of part of an act an was not able to connect for the rest of the night. An we've had people drop randomly from horde mode matches.
Not only did we get a lower quality video they showed is 15 minutes instead of 50. I hate when companies do things like this where they try to control people. By saying things like we did this to avoid showing you more spoilers. Man let me make that decision. If someone wants to go in blind they wouldn't be watching to begin with.
I do especially for multiplayer and co-op games on PC. Since almost every time it happens if you own a game on one launcher. You can't play with people who have it on another launcher. I prefer my games in a cohesive environment in and of my choosing where all of my friends are without compromise. It's the same reason I love the networks on the console I don't have to check 5 different programs to see if someone is online to play with.
I am still trying to see what people are seeing in Control to give it the praise I've seen. It seems like a solid 8 but the 9's plus I don't see it. The environment looks incredible bland an powers seem pretty basic telekinesis nothing new.
I feel you that Switch tax ain't no joke.
As someone who has owned a Switch since day 1 I completely agree with this. The majority of the exclusives don't vibe with me an some people act like that's offensive. Honestly I haven't really liked a Mario game since 64 and BOTW was an open world broken weapon tedious fetch session. I love my Switch though for the things it gives that I do like an I'm good with that. Fire Emblem, Smash, Xenoblade Chronicles 2, Marvel Ultimate Alliance an probably soon Astral Chain. I don'...
The story was pretty boring to me honestly. The gameplay felt clunky compared to other 3rd person shooters especially the climbing. The game was just average at best.
Suikoden 2
Parasite Eve 2
Xenogeras - 5th in the Xenosaga series :)
Front Mission 3
Mass Effect 2
Witcher 2 and 3
RDR2
God of War (2018)
Xenogears, Parasite Eve and Front Mission would be my top pick
I've played every MGS game and I loved MGSV for what it was. I felt like a lot of people had things they expected it to be and were therefore disappointed in one way or another. I loved the freedom and amount of weapon choice you had.
Honestly with COD going back to MW2 style and Borderlands 3 dropping I don't even think it will get those.
I completely agree it was the last game I didn't get to finish on my PS3 now I can let it go. My years of begging for a port to new consoles has finally paid off. I love part 2 but like you said it is completely different.
The game has struggled to run on console well since JC3. So not surprised it ended up on gamepass so fast. I can't deal with the popin and substandard framerate.
I was going to say the same thing. I was like as soon as someone figures out something its all over the internet and patched in no time. Since you know players are not allowed to actually powerful.
People who have actually played it know how disastrous the performance can be on this game.
So.... the point of the article was, "They are doing right by it" What team has ever tried to do wrong by a project they are working on?
I am a huge fan of this C&C but I was still hoping for that generals 2 that looked so great all those years ago. If they do it right though I am sure I'll put in some long hours and enjoy it all the same. Hopefully they treat it at the level of a remake and not just high rest textures.
This was never really prevalent until the damn $200 controllers started coming out. Allowing people to perform maneuvers they wouldn't previously be able to do on consoles. I'd like to see the amount of people I've matched up against on cod using a damn scuf. When you are playing at a high-end it can make quite a difference.
If you doing all that you might as well just use Plex.
