I bet it's going to sell well enough to at least help make up for costs and maybe then some. Perhaps the key to selling games in Japan is to have a anime style girl on the cover with little to no clothing?
Airborne had some really good ideas, the problem is it wasn't executed so well, rushed is my guess.
Probably not but it seems EA is working on something called "metal of honor".
I'll take Shenmue 3 if the following are met:
1. Yu Suzuki reprises his role
2. It's on anything but the Wii
I highly doubt these remakes or what ever you want to call them actually do well on the Wii in comparison to the 360/PS3. I bet RE5 in North America alone last month outsold the Wii ports/remakes, etc.
By all means make it on the Wii but why ignore other consoles that have owners who buy RE in droves?
You can't compare the COD map packs and the GTA 4 DLC, mainly because of the price and the fact that a good chunck of the COD 4 online audience has never seen a woman before.
Chinatown Wars is mixed for me, I haven't seen a single ad for it but I do remember seeing at least 2 for Lost and the Damned. Perhaps people just don't know about it?
When Rare releases a N64 game they redo specifically for the Xbox 360, upgrading the menus, sprites, controls, etc.
It's definitely been a while since I've seen this done, I guess the magazine pack-ins have spoiled my vision! :p
Handheld would be the way to go for Sega, the console market is too polarized as is, a console entry may not do well because lets face it, Sega ain't that rich! A handheld can do good, the PSP is a prime example, just make it more secure or less piracy prone and you can do pretty good in the field.
The fact that you even got two disagrees for loving the Dreamcast shows how far from humanity the fanboys have fallen :(
True although the fact that a semi Sega affiliated site has them :)
Beggers can't be choosers, buy when they have new in stock :p
I have no clue, they are either being manufactured again in Asia or South America by third parties or liquidation companies have found a warehouse full of new Dreamcasts that they are selling in bulk.
Regardless I'm all for it, can a console really return after it's death so many years later??? Sony is saying they want the PS2 to compete with the Wii, now the Dreamcast can compete with both, it's priced right and it already has its own motion controller :O
Hell yea! I can't believe no one has tried to imitate that since then!
Anyone else remember that South Park episode about the Dreamcast?
Sega Parts seems to have New DC's in stock for $99.99

No! Playing CD-R's on your Dreamcast especially those that have games burnt on them only kills your Dreamcast laser. Although a few of the newer indie games have systems set in place with the laser in mind.

Plus, Sega still sells new and used Dreamcast games through their official 3rd party retailer.
I haven't played heavenly sword, but I hope to one day.
lol true, this is the first time in a long time where Capcom has been so successful, they're going to ride this train all the way to the end.
