To be fair, very few site/site owners make enough money from their ads so they too are working for free. Some site are all strictly volunteer basis and use their ad income to pay for site expenses such as hosting, trips, equipment, etc.
I think you've missed the point of the skit, the boy at the start is the ODST soldier and the older guy at the end, basically showing his transformation through the war.
Also, it's a shooter, how much more different can it get?!?!
I wouldn't discount Silent Hill already, at least graphically it will look better than the original. The only killer on the Wii would be the controls. =/
That would be awesome, did Blomkamp/Weta do these as well?
A 7 score isn't bad, anything between a 6-6.9 would be mediocre.
I don't know why devs are going on rails, the hardware is comparable to last generation consoles which also had their own open world horror games.
I guess it might be the controls?
That was AMAZING! These live action skits are always amazing, great work everyone involved!
Not a bad review for a game like this, at least the Wii is expanding beyond on rails horror titles.
You don't have to agree with someone to like or not like their games. There is a reason why other developers in this position avoid controversial topics because it will cost them sales and possibly worse.
I remember that, wasn't it a month off over a single Calling All Cars review?
I bet one of the higher ups told him to ease up so he is just making it look like he is being tested by his fans. =/
Bethesda isn't working on any currently announced Fallout games. The ones currently in development are being handled by Interplay and Obsidian Entertainment.
Sony didn't go to Toshiba, Toshiba went to Sony. Since DVD was already the standard format the official successor to it would have been HD DVD. Toshiba and the DVD Forum wen to the BDA asking for things such as HDi in Blu Ray. They declined this and a few other things and the format war begun.
The HDi business is ironic and sad, it was a great development platform that seems to have disappeared. Disney actually supported the HDi format and the DVD Forum's reasoning to pressure...
Never heard of this guy before so it's nothing noteworthy for me personally, it's like game journalists who have garage bands.
I agree, I liked Call of Duty 3, especially the online, the support Treyarch gave the game after launch was great asides from the few server issues. The arrogant attitude of Infinity Ward and these public feuds they would create with Treyarch are really unprofessional in my opinion.
Although I wouldn't say all Germans were Hitler's "butt buddies", many did not fully support him but felt strongly about his promises of bringing Germany's respect back. Infact, the Nazi p...
The PSP like all consoles has great games that should be enjoyed, it's foolish to think otherwise.
People who bash Call of Duty 3 do realize the game and engine were made from the ground out in LESS than 9 months on how many different platforms again?
Halo 3: ODST was NEVER supposed to be DLC, it was ALWAYS going to see a retail release.
Age of Empires is a Microsoft franchise, I don't think it will see a console release on anything but their platform anymore. The PS2, Dreamcast, etc releases were Japan exclusive IIRC and when Microsoft was not in the console business.
Panda, Age of Empires has been on consoles before, plus Halo Wars worked insanely well on console.
Age of Empires is one of the few PC games that is still capable of selling millions, numbers that console games don't achieve that often, I don't it will be jeopardized.
No platforms have been announced, the IGN listings are just assumed platforms. Twisted Pixel on their website hasn't even listed what platform it will be on.
