I plan on getting Ryse at some point when I pick up a One but severely doubt its going to save anything. It is, for most I believe, just something extra to enjoy and to be honest many may have reservations about it. I do myself but am hopefully optimistic about it at least.
DR3 looks "better" to me although a little saddened by some of the changes. I can overlook it though as looks good if different. DR3 is most likely to see a port though between the two.
I actually want to see more of this. It just looks kind of crazy and could be a blast to play if done right.
I actually got the Rage vibe from the screenshot too. Not a bad thing as liked way it looked but hopefully better consistent hq textures. Sometimes Rage textures conflicted a bit (not enough to distract while playing usually though).
I just hope this turns out fun as looks good and like the setting.
I would almost be afraid to play a 64 player UT game... even 32 would probably drive me nuts after a while. Too fast paced and crazy guns almost has to stay with more manageable number of users before a lot get too frustrated.
I would probably still play it though till I snapped the disc after being fragged by over a dozen rocket launchers at once repeatedly.

I wouldn't mind a new TPS or FPS though either so hope whatever this is will be good. Unfortunately I doubt we will see it till VGAs or even next year whatever it is.
I wouldn't say no to a new Gears or UT but sort of hope its a new IP for the new generation. I like what I've seen from all the tech demos but just want to see a new game be it based on an existing or new IP.
I can't wait to pick up original LoS on PC shortly--as long as not a broken port. I love Castlevania games and the settings and art direction are stellar.
I enjoyed it and no denying it looked phenomenal. Granted 2 on PC looked great as well especially after they released the texture/dx11 packs but 3 was better on practically every front. So grats to Crytek.
I hope they take their next games even further though. Not necessarily graphically so much as story and gameplay. Part of that though is the suit at times makes things too easy which actually weakens gameplay portion for me. However I love options it allows for too.
Not like those of us in Democracies are only people with absurd laws. Excessive by far but no judicial system has got it right yet. I doubt they ever will.

Personally I hope MS shows a few good games there as the 360 did get a few decent/good/great JRPGs as well as a few games for other genres this gen (especially first few years). I severely doubt the console is somehow going to magically become a huge success though but good games never hurt.
Its sad but I had a blast with Bullet Witch when it was released even with all of its flaws (which were numerous and at times unforgiving). It wasn't one of my favorites by any mean...
Because here in the US we love to complain but gaming is actually easier on the wallet than the vast majority of countries out there. Then again a few get price cuts that are about the same or greater differences than ours and UK's.
Honestly as much as I loved TLoU it probably wouldn't break top 5. I could see it managing PS's top 10 though way its going but could be close. In the end just glad its doing great as deserves every sale it gets.
Some people hate the truth--sales wise any Sony owner knows its true which is what the list is for. Sony has many 'better' franchises but most still don't sell as well as any Halo/Gears which is a simple fact. Doesn't distract from my enjoyment though so don't get caught up on hearing the truth and somehow thinking denying it makes it less real.
Kinect Adventures though is sort of fake as it is included with Kinect so not like it sold that many on its ow...
I still want an AC like experience minus all the sci fi/modern day parts. I love the historical settings and getting to explore them more than the rest.
Personally I think that particular feature is indeed stupid but I can overlook it. Ideally it should be an option at most for easiest setting and then require correct buttons for any other difficulty. That way if all you want is cinematic experience you can have it but not effect actual gamepay for others.
Still, I like what I have seen and hope its all that quality or better.

Typically as new consoles launch they are almost always the "standard" for a time at least. It doesn't mean they will look the best though but it (especially exclusives) are a good judge of what to expect for a time before developers see the "need" to truly step up (in part I believe to get ready for the next generation but also as new advances are made). Naturally some developers will keep things growing stead...

Plus its much cheaper than an Xbox One+game. I like many of the games I saw for the new Xbox/ps4 but between the two more Xbox games to to PC than PS's which makes PC/console owners maybe lean bit more towards a PS at launch. More importantly if he is getting Titanfall on PC good chance he is getting Battlefield for it too (or others like him anyways, myself included) so Origin isn't a deal breaker. ...
Still leaning towards Warlock. It just sounds more interesting and love idea of magic of any kind.

The potential is there though to do things in a new way while still building on established storylines and even "common" mechanics given a TLoU twist. They have said they want to build on characters and the world though and just some cool options.
I agree its a bit silly but kind of an interesting idea. In the end its like someone on the article's comments mentioned: its all about keeping people using Steam as some people are a bit fanatical about such things.
However I could care less as I just use it for an easy/cheap way to buy PC games and doubt its going to change in that regard. Who knows though--I might sell a few cards here and there and get some cheap games 'free' simply for playing games now ;) ...
