Ratchet & Clank looked realllly good at 30fps. Some games look realllly bad at 30fps. Some games take a big hit at 60fps vs 30fps.

It's not an FPS and will feature better graphics at that 30FPS. And Wolfenstein 2 was primarily a 60FPS game and is an FPS.
They should just down grade the f out of the graphics and make it 60FPS 720p minimum. Wolfenstein New order ran at 720p 60fps on ps3.
I think it just inserts extra frame for a smoother feel, it's not the same as 120FPS which the game would have to produce and cost much more power, it does however require higher bandwidth on the interface, so 4K and 120hz won't be available until HDMI 2.1 is a thing.
