Have read and seen streams of games running worse on PS4 pro in the lowest possible pro setting.. there is no option to run it in Base Mode. As for games that run worse in Base Mode, I don't know, but could imagine it's quite possible where a CPU is throttled and GPU is limited in that mode, given that the firmware/software besides the game is designed for the Pro.

Actually, in some games this is true for ones that are downsampled, you can get the same or worse frame rate. As for unpatched games, the system goes into Base Mode which will downclock the CPU and limit CU's to match the performance of the original PS4, and in some cases, could be worse performance.

Dreamcast brought innovations(games and hardware) to gaming during it's time that just weren't appreciated enough, and the company isn't making consoles anymore. The Wii U has a gamepad with touch controls, everything else the Wii had. Nintendo is still around, Wii U will still be sold, and their consoles will always have gimmicky(albeit fun/cool) features.
Hell yeah. And with unpatched games, a smooth 30fps experience would be greatly welcome.

Which Tetris? That shiz has a million versions and on every device. Minecraft is 1/3 the price and came out years before, also more people can run it and kids can play it. It's beat them all considering the when it was released.
TV is $350 and Xbox One S is $300. The TV from reviews and forums is pretty great, low latency too.
