Game of the month would go to Red Dead Redemption and it could easily be game of the year.
Been there played that, not game of the year quality. Good game but nowhere near game of the year.
Very overrated by this reviewer. I would say it deserves an 8, one because it is very short two because it just does not feel like a triple a tittle.
Metascore is 83, User score is 90 and there is only one perfect score listed on Metacritic. I agree with the Metascore and yes I have the game and have finished it.
I have both and Allen Wake does not even rank with Red Dead Redemption. Allen wake is too short, and if it weren't for the great lighting effects the graphics would be much less than spectacular. Allen Wake is a good game but is not a triple tittle like Red Dead Redemption is.
With all the advertising that Microsoft does I think everyone knows that Microsoft is responsible for the Windows OS by now. Which is probably why they are not higher on the list, that and other things.
I haven't experienced any the glitches that are mentioned. Has anyone here experienced them. I have the PS3 version.

Doesn't matter how many people buy it if they don't buy games and use it it just becomes another useless ad-on and it doesn't become a money maker for developers and publishers. I don't understand why anyone is excited enough to buy without seeing anything besides the little casual mini games and that little Milo demonstration that seemed more like smoke and mirrors than actual technology.
Not that I don't have interest but they need to show it's capab...

I care about video games not natal, why do they think Circue du Soleil are going to convince people that natal is anything more than a very light casual gaming experience or a cool way to control an interface (til they figure out it is much easier to press a button than to wave your hands and memorize how to say different control phrase's). This is not a fanboy rant, I just don't see it catching on with home consumers.
I would rather be a PS3 Fanboy (People that like Sony and the PS3 and happen to say so) than be a Xbox 360 Whiner (someone who is always Whining about PS3 fanboys).

Is it really necessary to have Circue du Soleil showing off natal. They need to rely on flashy display's rather than the real technology. Celebrity and flashy displays do not make me interested in gaming or gaming tech, making the tech and gaming experience good interest me.
Not true, the PS3 phat can still be used for super computing as long as you don't install the latest firmware. Those people/organizations that are using it for super computing or the like do not need PSN Access or would not be using it anyway.
The PS3 slim never had other OS support anyway.

Not that this is going to change peoples minds but the pricing of the PSPgo($249.99) is probably to please the retailers....make sure they see a good profit for the hand held since they are not going to see as much profit from game sales. As far as the games go the publishers are trying to please the retailers by not puting the games on PSN before the retailer has had a chance to make a profit from the retail sale of the game.

Why, if you have a PC would you really care about the least robust versions of Lynux that you were able to install on the PS3.
You will have a better experience on the PC with Lynux.
Sony will more than likely not lose this case, they are covered by the EULA (End User License Agreement) that everyone had to agree to in order to use the console to begin with, if you did not agree to the EULA you could have stopped there and returned your PS3 for a refund.
