Wait. I had an awesome username for BF1942/2/2142. Does this mean that even if I buy the disc version (which I plan on doing anyways) I will need to create an origin account and thus, potentially lose my username? Will I be not be able to sign in using my old EA login? It's not a deal breaker, but that would be irritating.
I wanted one but, it isn't available on Sprint. I like the idea of the phone having hard gaming buttons to play ps1 games and emulators.
Playing games on a full touch-screen phone (EVO4G) is not fun.
Battlefield 3. I can't put myself through another CoD game. Hell, I only got black ops because my father (age 50) wanted the game, so we went halves on it.
Honestly, I think even the people who love CoD hate it because it seems like everyone on that game is always pissed about something and yelling into the mic. (For those of you who will inevitably click the disagree, you at least have to admit that I'm right about this.)
F my life though, because m...
I'm kinda relieved to hear that we may not see a release this year. Let other markets test the hardware before we get it. I have more than enough temptations to spend money on this year.
I knew before I clicked the article that this would be all whine. Every COD game I've played online (mw, mw2 and bo) has had constant complaints about every little thing. Guns, attachments, perks, killstreaks, deathstreaks, sidearms, game modes, spawn points, map layouts, etc. are all subject to whining.
A guy I played with last night was even complaining about and threatening to remove the people on his friend list who couldn't achieve a 30/4 or better k/d. No, I...
What they need to do is release some damned official system requirements.
I'm all for cheat codes, offline. Completion and trophies are whatever... Online is the only place I don't like to see cheats of any kind.
Party chat is not as invasive as you seem to believe.
1. If you don't want to be in a party chat you don't have to start or join one.
2. If you start a private chat, you can set it as invite only and kick anyone out that you don't want.
3. Regardless of whose chat you're in, you can mute others so you don't have to hear them.
I really wish Sony would (or could?) implement cross game chat for the ps3. I a...
@ Hennessey86 If gamers are planning on buying both games and the earlier gets delayed to the same day as the latter, there should be no reason those gamers couldn't afford both.
I don't know about you but, when a game gets delayed, I don't flush my 60USD down the toilet.
It's a shame the Move controller doesn't sit upright where the clip would go or under the barrel. I would guess that the game could be calibrated to hold the controller upright to shoot since the camera can still see the ball. The controller being upright or under the barrel would allow you easier access to the buttons for things like reload, melee and jump.
As for accessories being deemed useless by so many, IMO, this type of accessory could make move much more comfo...
Although the video was hard to watch (no, I couldn't sit through it) I will have to agree with the overall point he's trying to put down. GT5 will put a dent in the initial sales for Kinect the same way Halo: Reach put a dent in the initial sales for move. I think most of us here have seen the midnight launch picture for Sony Move with a line 1 strong.
GT5 is a game that many gamers have been waiting to buy a PS3 for. I wouldn't be surprised to see a similar pict...
I never did play the beta, but I hope jumping isn't as floaty as in previous Halo games. Floaty with a higher jump will be torture to play.
After CoD:MW came out(and after playing on Hardcore), I had lost interest in the Halo series. Halo 3 got to feeling very floaty & slow and having to empty clip after clip of the SMG just to kill one player, I put the game down. ODST came out and, I simply couldn't play the story. It just wasn't CoD4.
The other day, I sat down with my sisters fiancee and reluctantly agreed to play a round of firefight on ODST. 2 hours and 45 minutes later, I'm exhausted from th...
What would be the point? Different scenery, same concept.
Go fast.
Turn left.
Rinse.
Repeat.
Not everyone wants to turn left for a seasons worth of Nascar ovals.

The part where he used his mic was the best. The Home user's response was awesome.
I noticed this on this car on Forza 3 as well so, I know it's not just GT5. Seriously, what the hell?
As for the rest, stunning to say the least.
Does GT5 come with a bib to protect the controller from drool?
...no. Those not bending over for IW are not simply criticizing their every move.
1. Not buying hits them where it hurts... in the wallet.
2. Talking about it everywhere spreads the word in the hopes that more people wise up and protest.
A successful protest will lead IW lowering the price to a decent amount.
An unsuccessful protest will just line the pockets of the people who think map packs are more important than bug fixes.
I also heard they weren't releasing those, but that they 'could' at a later date.
I hope all these car packs aren't going to make it impossible to get into an online race like in Forza 2. "You didn't throw more money at us so you can't play" is ridiculous when we already have to spend $60USD on the game.
If we can actually race against the DLC cars without buying the pack, I'll be a happy driver.
Console gamers are forced to fork up some cash while PC gamers get the map packs for free in addition to user created maps and mods.I wish my friends would open their eyes and move to PC gaming so I can sell this thing.
For the record, there was info out there from Sony that said battery life would be comparable to the PSP. Only time will tell, but if they're right, I'll be happy.
