The PS5 SSD is without doubt faster than the SSD in the Xbox Series X. Developers have said its great.
So are you saying that the PS5 is going to be more powerful than the Xbox Series X?
Thats all I have said is if Microsoft is going to be advertising the Xbox Series X as the most powerful console. Sony can advertise the PS5 as the fastest console because of the super fast SSD so that's a good marketing angle to counter Microsofts most powerful Console advertising.

The SSD in the PS5 is quite a good marketing tool tho, while Xbox is the more powerful console Sony can always say something along the lines of being the fastest console. Ppl can think that means the most powerful.

We hear constantly on N4G about Sonys game exclusives & how great they are, we don't have to be reminded about that or how much Sony & Nintendo has sold.

Majority of devs love the service & find it gets their game noticed & has increased sales. They wouldn't put their games on there if it was worse for them.
Loads of ppl buy an Xbox or PlayStation & never buy a new game. They buy preowned. 1st party or 3rd don't make nothing from this. The average person don't buy more than 3 new games in a whole year & that don't mean new releases either.
How can you call it an unsustainable model. I'm sure Microsoft has worked out the numbers.
There's millions of ppl buy a PS4 or Xbox & only ever buy used games. Get these on GP and Microsoft gets money.
There's some who buy just 1 new game in a whole year. How much did Microsoft make off that 3rd party sale?

If the PS5 was going to be more powerful than the Xbox Series X the devs & Sony themselves would be saying so. Sony just wants the narrative to be about the SSD & so they should as that's the only thing more powerful.
Sony will have some amazing games and so will Microsoft.

So basically if your travelling really fast like in the flying part of the demo the Xbox Series X might have to lower the resolution a little compared to the PS5 because of the super fast Sony SSD.
But when your not moving so fast the Xbox Series Xs resolution would be higher than the PS5s because of the better Gpu.

Recently Microsoft showed a load of games & mostly Sony fans complained & said it was a rubbish showing from Microsoft the games looked poor, not any better than this gen etc. Despite the games being nearly all 3rd party & those same games will be on PS5.

Xbox Series x for me on release day. I have already sold my One X so I'd get some tidy money for it.
Gamepass is my biggest reason as I won't have to buy 2 or three games at launch I can just get gamepass and have all the 1st party games on day one.
