ive noticed the lag too.... its a big no no for me. if i expirience 2 or more games in a row with lag, i just put it up because its too frustrating.
i was begining to think that my router or connection was the culprit too, well if it is their fault they damn well better fix it.

no it wont.. the xbox is here to stay, if history was repeating the 360 and wii would be dead now(considering that both have significantly outsold their predecessors). no the difference today is that sony's competition actually pulled their heads out of their asses, and sony stumbled on their arrogance early on this gen.

you have to tweak it and the games settings though otherwise it doesnt feel just right. completely worth it though.

oh and perhaps the author should have taken the time to familiarize himself with the way the ps3 handles downloads- while downloading its in the download management icon, and after it completes it moves to whatever field of media it is; pictures, music, video, and games...
