How did it have that many lines of dialogue with no NPCs? Was that all in the recordings?
Why be concerned about their rep? It doesn't seem like many people care what they've turned in to the last few years. People are just going to give them a pass anyway.

It isn't just a single bad game. That goes along with all the BS that happened around it, canvas bag, moldy helmet, doxing customers, "private" servers, and whatever BS they spewed around that time. Releasing a bad game with the hopes of fixing it later is one thing, but just straight up lying to their customers is on another level.

The law wasn't changed. It's been that way for decades. The FTC sent letters to some companies a few years ago telling them that it is illegal. It's been part of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty act which has been around since 1975.

Yes, you start off with a lot of walking, but the emphasis on that goes away fairly early. I built all the roads back up as quickly as I could and drove as much as I could. When I couldn't build roads, it was a lot of ziplines, which yes, you needed to walk to in order to place, but that's no different than many other games.
