Just don't be me and skip the job from the Junk Dealer to the distro center which lets you craft a truck. I spent so much time stealing trucks from the Mules which has far less cargo capacity than what you can craft.
It's gotten better and I'm glad they minimized the esports and content creator stuff. I think it was a bit too long and just too many trailers.

When the new game has something that's beyond some new cars and tracks, yes I'd prefer to buy a new game every couple of years. Adding new cars and a sprinkle of tracks isn't going to get me to come back to the game.

Not only are they not making a very clear distinction between generations like NIntendo did with the Wii/Wii U, they're going to release multiple new consoles, probably using a similar naming system like Series S or something. That's just compounding the problem.
Because when there's an information vacuum, it needs to be filled.
