Man, I keep forgetting XSX will lack true exclusives for a couple years. It's going to make those head to head comparisons a bit rough.
Problem is, I don't think 3rd parties are going to make the most out of either system. They will probably make use of what they can when it's simple and quick to make use of, but things like the PS5 SSD speeds that can change the way level design is done and significantly reduce the need for pre-loading assets in to RAM, they may be stuck and unable to use it to its full potential.

Why bother? It's a 100 GB download and PSN download speeds have been reduced.

I'm guessing they'll at least wait until they ship the SE store copies which they said would start this week. Haven't received my confirmation yet, but I've seen others claim their copy has shipped.

Since all games will be on an SSD, there's no more need for data duplication to reduce seek times from a HDD, so the file sizes probably won't increase that much, if at all.
I'm on year 5 on my SSD in my computer and I use my PC a hell of a lot more than my consoles. No issues either.
