Mario Galaxy 2 is jsut a rehased version of mario 64, which was already done in super mario galaxy 1 so that makes it even less innovative. Mario may have charm but he has run out of ideas and deserves no GOTY. RDR is the only GOTY for this year. Mass effect comes close but judging from the demo, it makes MGS4 look like it has short cutscenes. Had to wait like 20 minutes just to customize my character.

Wow judging a game based on the demo? Demos are compressed so its obviously going to look worse. Still some screens showed an advantage for the ps3 so its obvious that ps3 will win in the final build.

That wouldnt have happened if it want hyped so much in the first place and then put up against the behomoth that was Heavy rain. 360 fanboys defended that game more than they did with halo before it relesed and it tunred out to be a big flop and 360 gamers turned on that game instantly.

EDIT:Im sick of the "doesnt take itself too seriously" stuff. As far as im concerned, that phrase is bullshit. Every game must be taken seriously in order to get into it and enjot it. The moment the review is telling me to "take it with a grain of salt" to enjot a game, I know that game is going to be a fucking mess.
