The wii has never really mattered. It had a cheap gimmick going for it and nothing more. Microsoft and sony could have released an ipod-esque console at a dirt cheap price but they chose to make a console with quality parts in it that can render the modern HD games we love so much. PS3 and 360 now come close to its price and they have specs and features that are light years ahead of the wii. So no, the wii does not really matter.

No innovation, just Mario 64 and Mario party put together at the last minute to suck more money out of delusional fanboys. Just face it. Mario died when he hit the 3d era and got that HORRIBLE Italian voice. Nintendo really needs to evolve and makes some new games for once.

Personally, ive never understoon why people think crysis looks so good. If I could inject roids into my ps3 graphics card, killzone would look better than real life. Crysis looks so good because its uses overhauled specs to make it that way. Killzone uses limited specs and it is still able to match crysis in graphics.

Wii hasn't had a good year since 2007 when brawl and metroid 3 came out. Those are the only two games that are worth a damn on that system. Mario is a dead horse and zelda stopped being good after wind waker. Other then that, its shovelware year after year. I hope nintendo makes the right choice and releases gamecube 2 soon. Maybe pigs will fly on that glorious day too.
