okay, seriously, do you really think that people would get bored of the game after 1 month of online play?? there are people online still playing halo2, and that was released in 2004. people still play call of duty 2, which was released in 2005. people don't get bored with GREAT GAMES....that is the reason microsoft built up xboxlive, to give poeple games that do NOT make them lost interest..the online aspect of gaming is the largest and best parts of gaming today, and also in the future.....

it is funny how when legitimate gaming magazines and websites give a game good reviews, people seem to think they are praising the game too much, but then when one person from a website nobody ever heard of comes out to vent about how he doesn't like the game, people jump on that "review" as if it were a critically acclaimed magazine and start saying "see, the game really does suck"...it's pretty pathetic
some people will grasp at whatever straws they can......
so please explain to everyone how pre-ordering the game....for the exact same cost as it is in the store, plus getting some free or added stuff for a huge discount just for pre-ordering, is considered a rip-off
i pre-ordered, for the same price as you get it in the store, get 1600 microsoft points for $5 (normally $20) and when i go to pick up the game at the store, i don't have to wait in line at the cash registers since i go to the express store pick up line...yup, sure sound...

well, al i am asking for is that there is some kind of actual proof for something that is called a "story" before it is approved. there are no pictures of the front of the game to show that it is a Halo3 disc, or even of the entire case, or the supposed 3 discs the person already has....is that too much to ask for, a little bit of proof on a story like this?????
well, considering that the game is not out yet, that leads me to believe the "story" is fake....another thing, even if someone had gotten a hold of a disc, how is it possible for them to get a hold of 3 discs??? not even gaming magazines get 3 copies of Halo3 per person...that is how you can logically figure it out it is fake.....

i think microsoft should be going after the stores that release early, not people that bought it because a store was offering it. if i was at bestbuy, and they had a big display with Halo3 already out, I would pick it up assuming the release date got pushed up.

i am a HUGE microsoft fan, and have been ever since i got the original xbox, and then my 360. but i honestly do not think that the Halo3 special edition of the xbox360 is going to sell well at all. the consoles were relased on sunday, and i went to bestbuy sunday night and they had a pile of 32 sitting there. today i went to a bestbuy close to my work during lunch, and they had 42 sitting there. granted, they could be replenishing them as soon as a few get bought, but it just doesn't seem...
