Meh, good for Sony, and technically ll good for 360 owners, competition drives the market on both sides.
Also good for PS3 owners, the higher the install base, the better quality our third party games will be.
I have to agree. These aren't Hi-Definition, Motion movies, it's just a little screenshot. There's no point in judging them negatively.

I'm not going to advocate how good (or bad) it is, but I would recommend waiting for additional sources before going on about how terrible Lair is. I just got my EGM and the review is very poorly written. They don't nail the story, graphics, sound or any of the production values. The review sounds like they played the game for 10 minutes and threw it down.

Agreed. Just plain agreed. It doesn't equal the emotional experience of a game with top notch production values. It just falls short for someone with a higher regards to gaming.

I work internal affairs for a major video retail provider. This article speaks of Canada and I can confirm, In Quebec at least, that HD-DVD does sell slightly better than Blu-Ray here in the Montreal metropolitain area.
Future Shop and Best-Buy do in fact carry more HD-DVD titles as they order more HD-DVD copies then Blu-Ray copies.

Oh definitely with you Raidens. I just don't like the jumping back and forth in price. I've been holding out since March to buy a new controller because I've been waiting for some news on rumble to emerge.
The new touchsense features technology that is meant to be integrated in a motionsensitive, wireless controller. It requires alot less power (from what I read on the Immersion article). You should look it up, Touchsense, it's a good read if you like reading hardware type articles.

I'll just say, I found Sony releasing a third SKU rediculous. I found the Elite rediculous, and I found the Halo 3 LE rediculous. I was really angry with Sony when they rolled out this third SKU.
If they just lowered the price of the 60GB, the price cut would have been so well recieved.
