Thanks!
Of course there are exceptions but they are few and far between. The case of the GameCube is because they launched a year after the PS2. The cheaper dream cast launched a year before in an odd spot much like the wii u. That does not discount the frequency of this pattern.
Historically, the cheap console wins every time. Who won last-gen? The PS3 or the Xbox 360? The Answer is the non-hd Wii.
Correct. Microsoft has stressed that the Kinect-less Xbox One is a different product. They've really tried to avoid the words "price cut"
Personally I've enjoyed both series in the past but never a die hard fan. That said, man, they really got this right.
There was word. Yesterday. Yes, yesterday.
You'd assume after they gave it stage time at E3 2013 they would've given us a little more of a heads up.
You've got one hell of a persecution complex.
Everyone does this. Everyone did this.
Nintendo, Sony, Microsoft, Atari, SEGA, SNK.
Everyone does this. Everyone did this.
I have no idea why you have so many Disagrees. You're opinion is rather thought out. Good stuff.
Hey champ, I work on the site.
It's a podcast, not an article.
Way to go.

Just so everyone knows, the photo isn't a dig at the current or former employees at GameTrailers. I was shocked and saddened to hear about the layoffs, especially given the years of quality hard work each of them provided. The picture is a representation of how I believe they were treated. I am disappointed and hope each and every one of them continue to work in the field. Frankly, they're too talented not to.
Also, half to 2/3rd's of FULL TIME staff were let go. There's a difference. Christ.
Not trying to come off as salty, but how did this story not get reported? I already covered it two days ago, it was on the front page of N4G. Oh, and it has absolutely NOTHING about Pachter.

Actually they did fire at least half of their full time staff...
Yikes, that's on the money.
Rohan has been fired. So it's doubtful the show will continue.
haha that's me in the video and you are correct! Last Spider-Man game I played was Spider-Man 3! Though I'm planning on trying a harder difficulty to see if it picks up a little. Thanks for watching!
PS that's a bad ass Berserker icon, loved the dreamcast game.
Well it's because Activision currently holds the rights to Spider-Man games in general. Not sure how long the deal lasts. WB (owners of Rocksteady) have worked with Marvel before for Marvel Lego Super Heroes so nothing is ruled out. Personally, I'd love to see that game.
That's me in the video, what exactly was better about the first one? I didnt play it but so far the sequal is...um...yeah.
There's tons more coming soon. Thanks for your support!
