They still can... look at insomniac, suckerpunch, bioware until a few months ago. Nobody trashes these devs because they don't talk trash. I like Valve games a lot, but every other month it seems they come out with another reason not to develop on the ps3... just develop the games for PC/360 and say you're only developing it for that platform like insomniac does with PS3. <...

I haven't gotten a chance to play it yet, but this review seems harsh. Giant Bomb is the only site I pay much attention to when it comes to reveiws, but looks like I'll probably disagree with this one.

Both 360 and PS3 have some great games coming out in the first half of the year, but what about their fall lineups? I thought Resistance 3 was coming in early '11, but I'm probably wrong. Even then, that's only one game unless Last Guardian comes out then, which would be awesome. I know I'll def be getting those along with GoW3, GT5, and Heavy Rain... maybe ModNation, as well.
360 doesn't has a good lineup, too.. next year will be a ...

The only genuine complaint I've heard is people just sitting in turrets or vehicles and getting tons of kills, but I guess that's what smoke grenades are for. Having said that, I doubt I'll be buying it since I won't have the money and I'm getting sick of FPSs.

I've always enjoyed the Splinter Cell series, but Conviction looks way worse than DA. Don't get me wrong, the production values are great, but it seems like they're turning it into an action movie, which isn't why I played Splinter Cell. Doesn't mean it will be bad, but I personally hope it's more like the first few SCs.
