I think people are forgetting that both microsoft and sony have businesses OUTSIDE of gaming that they also make a profit on so they can actually AFFORD to sell products at a much greater loss...

While I'd love to see Bayo in smash, there's only so much she can be toned down before she's not Bayo anymore. If they'd have to tone her down too much, I'd prefer that she be an assist trophy since they'd only have to tone her down a little.
Wonderful 101 could work perfectly though. The only questions are if you want a single wonderful one (Wonder-RED), a team where you switch between them, or a team where they're all out. I mean the entire games...
Meh.I'm only slightly bummed about the lack of an ambassador program mostly. With the drought we've been having, might as well have spent the time just making the Wii U a bit stronger and just taken a bigger loss. Hindsight is always 20/20, eh, Nintendo?

I'm hoping for Wonder Red. He's a better fit that Bayonetta(who would still be awesome) and a new game announcement would take away W101's much needed spotlight.
EDIT: EU has a demo for W101. Hopefully that wasnt the announcement though.
I've been considering getting a vita to play my digital psp games and a few vita games since my psp screen is a bit scratched and the thump stick occasionally comes off. However, the battery life, memory stick price, and the price of the hand held itself turn me away. That being said.....a Tales game or to would result in me buying one in a heart beat.
And imo the guide is worth more than 2 bucks

Eh, I wouldn't throw away the series. I usually make decisions on a game-by-game basis since even "crappy" game makers may churn out a gem every now and then. FFXV looks like it might be a gem. However, I hate that it's not coming to ps3 and find it BS how much time and money was spent on it just to have it go multiplat to make up for it. Sure it's pretty, but was spending obscene amounts of cash on it to make it a little prettier and draw out the dev process even longer...
I guess you and I are in the minority. While overall I found FFXIII to be lacking, I rather enjoyed the combat system. I didnt mind the lack of major enemy weaknesses (they showed up after being staggered iirc) since different enemy groups still required a different strategies to efficiently discard them.
The story was horrible though. But I was pleasantly surprised that one of the most well represented characters was Sazh. I expected him to be a token black guy, but he was o...
I think it's one of those longer/harder things. The console may be easier to develope for, but doing everything in HD is simply more time consuming. Thus in order to cut down development time they increase manpower.
At least that's what I'm thinking. Either that or he eaten one too many mushrooms, if you know what I mean.

I would almost agree with you if A) ethics weren't a concern and b) Pre-order werent taken. People who pre-order cant see the box until it gets to them unless they wait in a line and choose to read every single line on the box before returning it...
Hmmm....well if we cant get a "main" game that isnt greatly diminished, I'd be fine with a side story. BBS and 358 were pretty good and still added to the story. Just make a unique experience for wii u. [shrugs]

I doubt they will because of balancing/aesthetic issues. People make their miis in different sizes and shapes. Fot the game to make sense their hit/hurt boxes would need to be similar to mii size. If they dont it would look and feel weird. Alternatively, they could use a generic mii....but that would defeat the purpose of having a mii in the game.
Well I certainly dont demand anything. I prefer to look at and judge games on a case by case basis.

I think 50 is a bit much from a balancing point of view. I mean of the 35 we got in Brawl, several were clones/variations of gameplay styles.Falcon/Ganon, wolf/falco/fox, lucas/ness, link/toon link and to a lesser extent mario/luigi. If you make those character even more different or just replace them and you have about 6 "new" characters while maintaining the 35 character count.
I'm personally hoping for a 40-42 character roster. 6 remade characters and 5-7 new...
