IGN is probably not gonna do a top 25 PS3 games anytime soon when 2011 is just around the corner with a whole slew of PS3 Exclusives such as The Last Guardian, Infamous 2, Killzone 3, etc.
I don't think Capcom would want their favorite fighting franchises associated with an M-rated fighting franchise. Street Fighter x Tekken just happened because both producers loved the idea. They probably already discussed and explored on how they'll handle each others characters.

They worked with Level-5 for White Knight Chronicles 1&2 and worked with From Software to develop Demon's Souls. Right now, they're developing Kung Fu Rider, Echochrome II, Patapon 3 and Ape Escape 4 Along with Team ICO making The Last Guardian.
I have to agree, people do indeed buy Xbox360 mostly for Halo and maybe Gears. I mean Halo 3 sold like 8.1 million copies. Wouldn't be surprised if Halo: Reach goes on to does those numbers. It is Bungie's last Halo game.
I doubt Sony or Nintendo would be worried about Kinect. I mean they both passed up the technology saying how it delivers a limited experience and The way I see it, it looks like it will just do that with its casual Line up.
PS3 has 512MB of RAM (256mb of GDDR3 at 700mhz for video and 256Mb of XDR for system)
The Cell chip has 256MB of completely sharable RAM
and The GPU (RSX) has 256MB of dedicated RAM
I think PS3's Ram is good for this gen, SE just needs more time to re optimize the game for PS3.

What the hell, Didn't you see the trailer, it has 4 player co op. If you played Crack in time then you'll know they'll have those great puzzles that will really take advantage of Co op.

Hm, what will Microsoft do? Will they let them to play together with PS3&Pc users or will they want their players on their own severs?
I'm sure bioware will give us a summary or details of what happens in the first one instead of just dropping us in the middle of the mass effect trilogy. Or that hours of bonus content could be a summary of events for mass effect 1. Hopefully bioware will reveal some time soon like this week at gamescom on how theyll introduce players that are new to the series in mass effect 2.
I'm guessing Bioware will just fill us in the situation through the hours of bonus content for the PS3 owners.

Now Mass Effect 2 for PS3. It wouldn't surprise me if Left 4 Dead comes to PS3.

I see no reason why Capcom wouldn't give PS3 a Monster Hunter exclusive. I mean they were able to give Xbox 360 one with Monster Hunter Frontier and the Wii with Monster Hunter Tri, why not one for PS3?

This is good. All this means is that Third Party Exclusives isn't dead and SE is willing to make Exclusives. Sorta reaffirms that Final Fantasy XIII Versus can remain a PS3 Exclusive if SE wants to.

Final Fantasy 8 was a great game that thoroughly enjoyed.
I liked the characters, the story, the battle system, and the soundtrack.
I didn't see anything majorly wrong with the game. I'd say it was a great successor to FF7 and that it can hold its own when compared to other Final Fantasy games.
Dead or Alive vs Tekken would have Tomonobu Itagaki scream at Temco.

The problems I have with Capcom.
1. DLC. Capcom had sold unlock keys to unlock DLC stuff on the disc for example RE5 mulitplayer mode & SFIV Costumes, that and the day they released Lost Planet 2 they were selling DLC maps. What The Hell is up with that.
2. Working with Western Developers. Obviously working with Western Developers doesn't seem...
So I'm guessing a 2011 release date is in order then? I hope we don't have to wait too long, maybe a spring/ Summer release for Japan and then a holiday release for the west. Square Enix better show a gameplay trailer at TGS for having us waiting so long along with announcing an estimated release date. I mean, It's been 4 years since it was announced and now it's about to head into it's 5th year.
I bet this is gonna be either a downloadable game or a handheld game.
SE would probably save its big game reveals for TGS and their Closed Mega Theaters.
