The extra content are just deleted scenes and a post game quest called Final Fantasy XIII Episode i. I hope Square Enix releases this as DLC for free and not as a re-release international edition with the extra stuff/ Subs and Dubs.
The Extra Content should come to PS3 or else they're just alienating the millions of people that bought FFXIII for PS3.
@Natsu
I Really think that extra content on Mass Effect 2 is really just a big summary/ introduction of wha...
Dang, its for the PSP. :/
Sorta hoping for a PS3 version. Oh well, its a good thing I still have my PSP.
FFXIII Xbox360 will be set at 4,980 yen and will come with a booklet.
-_-
Doesn't even feature any new features.
@Chris
I think your confusing Nomura for Yoshinori Kitase. Kitase was the one who claimed that they were using 100% power of the PS3. Nomura only made the Character Designs for Final Fantasy XIII.
But yeah, I really hope it remains a PS3 Exclusive and I was hoping Nomura would reaffirm on twitter now that he has one, but it seems we will have to wait til TGS when they release the trailer.
P.S. Nisa's president already hinted for Disgea 4 :D while...
I'm pretty sure Bioware would wait and release Mass Effect 2 for the PS3 before announcing Mass Effect 3.
"Hi everyone! A minor update to your PS3 system is now available via system software update v3.42 that includes additional security features."
Notes "Security Features"
First banning the products in Australia then delivering a quick firmware to block it.
Hopefully, this Hacks/Piracy for the PS3 Talk can stop. It's starting to get annoying especially with articles on how you can hack a PS3 with a Calculator. Like Really? What...
I really don't see how this is gonna sell in japan when you already sold 2 million plus copies on the PS3 and it has already dropped to the Bargain bin for a price range around $30 when the standard price was $90.

@Light Yagami
All I see is Square Enix testing how well their Jrpgs will fare...
*Waits for the official PSblog to release details on what the firmware offers.*
Just to let people know, this is the Japanese Import, the one that People complained about Long loading times and Freezing problems. Not the one set to release next year by Konami with PS Move Support.
Sony needed PS2's hardware to have a decent PS2 emulation on the PS3.
PS2's Emotion Engine & Graphics Synthesizer for 20/60gb PS3 to PS2's Graphics Synthesizer for 80gb PS3 to just taking it out for all the models after that.
I really don't think seamless PS2 Software Emulation for all PS2 games is possible on PS3 unless you have some PS2 based hardware like the Emotion Engine or you recode the game itself like PS2 HD Classics.

I agree with the article, after trying to spread to other platforms and failing to recreating the success they found in the years on the playstation 1&2. They're now shifting their primary platform to the Playstation brand in hopes to recover their fanbase they had on the Playstation.
Now they have Tales of Vesperia, Tales of Graces F, the next Tales of for PS3 while they have spin offs and Remakes like Tales of Phantasia: Narikiri Dungeon X and Tales of the World: Ra...
*Goes and marks my calendar*
Yakuza 4 on march 15
Killzone 3 on Feburary 22
Looking good so far, hopefully it doesn't get too crowded for the first half like this year.
What if Sony is using their legal team to delay the jailbreak device while Sony engineers try to find a solution as to how they should block it? Well, at least Sony is taking action faster than Nintendo when the R4 released.
Looks like it will be Yun and Yang.

Hopefully, Capcom will offer Yun and Yang as DLC for us console owners.
It's a Joke Article.
But really, Once Sony announces Ico & Shadow of the Colossus collection for PS3 and releases it, Someone lend Ebert a PS3 and let him play it along with The Last Guardian. Then ask him if he still thinks Games cannot be art.
4.24 million sales = PS3
1.51 million sales = Xbox360
Well, Square Enix, this was the Fanbase that you have been ignoring for a while now, releasing quite the jrpgs for Xbox360 while failing to deliver a PS3 game until this year. I wonder what Yochi Wada was thinking? Maybe now they can focus more on the PS3 starting with delivering their promises like FFXIII Versus as a PS3 Exclusive.
EA is supporting the PS3 more than ever.
- PS3 was lead platform for most games at E3.
- Tiger Woods PGA Tour 11 with Move Support.
- Medal of Honor Limited Edition with Medal of Honor: Frontlines HD.
- Dead Space 2 Limited Edition with Dead Space:Extraction HD.
- Portal 2 announced for the PS3 along with Steamworks support.
- Mass Effect 2 announced for PS3.
I wouldn't be surprised if Sony gets an exclusive adverti...
@i_like_ff7
SE wouldn't announce FFXIII Versus multiplatform at TGS. They know the Japanese audience wouldn't care. SE would probably do the same thing with FFXIII and release it as a PS3 exclusive in Japan.
Ultimately though, I think FFXIII Versus will remain a PS3 exclusive. Watch, when SE releases the Trailer, hopefully it'll reconfirm that its a PS3 Exclusive.
Apple with IPod Touch already having Rage and Unreal Engine 3 running on it.
Nintendo with 3DS pushing 3D gaming with no Glasses.
I think Sony needs to reveal PSP2 soon.
PSP had a good five year run against the DS for being the only portable gaming device to make a decent mark in the portable gaming market that Nintendo has owned for years but PSP won't stand a chance against the increasing new hardware thats coming from the competition.
This reminds me of when NamcoBandai announced Tales of Vesperia for PS3 and then those fans who bought an Xbox360 for this game became really upset and angry which led to some people breaking their 360 copies of Vesperia.
Fact, don't mess with your Japanese Fanbase.
And Square Enix, your starting to mess with Japanese fanbase.
