You think? The reveal trailer wasn't even an in-engine trailer. They had absolutely nothing to show besides the title, like The Elder Scrolls 6.
That's probably the idea at this point. I don't even know how that was supposed to be Sam. Looked nothing like him and that certainly wasn't ironside. Unless I am confused and that is just the second operator they will release along side him.
If it counts we're gonna beat the crap out of Supes in Suicide Squad before the inevitable plot twist where they team up with him to stop whatever actual villain. Superman though is too overpowered.

Isn't August 10 the rumored date of the Sony PS5 show? Don't have a care in the world about Call of Duty but if they can give us an indication on when we are going to get any sort of information on next gen systems, I'll take it.

I completely agree with you. Only thing I was hoping for but not expecting was at least an announcement of a proper state of play next week focusing on PS5 (the actual system; UI, custom panel rumors, things we don't know about yet, an in depth look at the actual physical system itself) so we can finally get the damn date and price. Not shocked it didn't happen.
I really hope this means we hear something about Pikmin 4 soon, it was nearly finished for the Wii U years ago and has been MIA since.
I do miss how concentrated it made everything. It was one exciting week of concentrated news. While E3 itself has been dying for years now, this summer proved to be a complete mess, absolutely no clear messaging on the new systems with price and release date still completely unknown. Comic Con at Home wasn't any better. Terrible panels of zoom calls, no real big exciting trailers or announcements. Obviously this year is a mess because of Covid but the longer things go on just goes to show...
Were you bummed when the PS2 controller wouldn't work with the PS3 and so on? No? There is zero reason to be upset about this. We are getting a new and better controller (let's hope battery life isn't garbage like DS4) why the hell would you want to use the old stuff? That's like complaining you can't use a N64 controller on the Switch
Them avoiding the release date and price is very quickly going from fun competitive rivalry (waiting for the other one to announce first) to extremely irritating very quickly. We know it's going to be late October to early/mid November, they won't release after Black Friday so that's 2-3 months they have for pre-orders and knowing the shipments needed. Both MS and Sony seem not very confident in the price of their product.
Conviction was fantastic and definitely better than Double Agent. Can't argue with the rest of the list though.
The horse is the biggest thing this game has over any open world game. There are no gimmicks, you don't need to pet your horse for 14 hours to "bond" with it, no awful horse AI that ends up running into trees ever 5 seconds. Simple you call it comes, you ride it goes in the direction you point the stick. I felt more of a bond with this horse than any horse from the entire generation, with RDR2 being the biggest culprit of terrible mounts, and all because the horse actually worke...
No thank you. Ubisoft either needs to make a new game or let the series rest in peace. Teasing Sam by coming back in the Ghost Recon games, shoehorning him into that shitty mobile game they announced and now the writer of John Wick? He's going to turn Fisher into a crybaby. It's like they are trying to piss fans off to the point where we stop wanting a new game.

Same here. Anxiously waiting for preorders so I can put that money down and not stress as much about my bank account. Not that I'm in any danger of losing it all right now but you never know with these wild times.
Halo WAS it's killer launch line up. Outside of that there really wasn't anything notable, it also doesn't help that anything launching on the Series X will also be available on Xbox One so the 'must buy' pull power of a launch title loses a lot of its power.
