The consoles being equivalent to pc high settings definitely helped the graphic quality.
I prolly will notice more aliasing in other maps, but the two in the beta looked really good.
I did play on my tv tho. Most likely a large difference if one plays on a monitor.
It's a shame that you hold the same res after 2 years, Dice, but its good the performance and graphics have improved.
Noice. More mp games should follow Halo 5 and Rainbow 6s lead for this reason.
Dem nip rings.
Well the performance is better than bf4. But yea its still a shame Dice haven't been able to change res after 2 years, while other games have.
Go watch Farfromsubtle play Quiplash on YouTube then I bet you'll change your mind lol.
Nice Nice thanks for the link. Bubs up.
Not really. Crackdown 3 is using this in multiplayer only, and the single player can be played offline.
Maybe, but there's an obvious benefit for playing online in C3. There might be lag, but destruction doesn't require an "instant" response time and it may not be noticeable or matter.
People have already "gave up their freedom" with games like Destiny. And with C3 you have the option to play the multiplayer online with cloud compu...
Dunno if they would with it being multiplatform, but I agree it'd be incredible! Imagine what they could do with levolution.
And ramped up Bad Company 2 style destruction??

And I can't thank em enough for taking this risk. Hopefully they do pave the way for it being utilized more in mp games. Could bring some crazy new ideas to gameplay.
:O Didn't even know this was coming out.
Loved power Tennis can't wait for this.
Guy looks like a Russian Gregory House :o

Replaying the Mass Effect series. And just started playing S.T.A.L.K.E.R for the first time the other day. Game has some damn good atmosphere even today.
@kraenk12
Yeah there will be some.

Touting, hyping, over exaggerating, undermining, disregarding, etc. People are doing a lot of things.
I'm excited for it because they are using this tech to create new gameplay experiences, the kind that many of us have wanted since we started gaming.
I want this to work, but I acknowledge that what we've seen is in a controlled evironment.
Keep in mind that Microsoft...
@Letthewookiewin
The PS4 is more powerful than the X1. Like you said it's a fact.
But i'd still like to think of cloud computing as an extension of the xbox one in games that utilize it (in this case Crackdown).
With crackdown in mp the user is taking advantage of a massive amount of computational power provided by the servers. It won't help res or framerate, but it does give the consoles games a huge boost in their physics, A.I, etc capab...
Clarification for all the title-only-readers: This is an opinion piece. The author thinks Phil can save them money, and none of this was said by Phil.
@Daniel I actually haven't read much from this site, but yeah I bet the author knew what he was doing with that title lol.
Huh... didn't see that coming. Used to play this a bit years ago. Younger brother plays it a lot, always building maps. Really neat game, but there was something left to be desired gameplay or more control-wise I guess.
The user made DayZ games are pretty dope tho.
True. And considering that it doesn't even go on sale till next year, I dunno what people are complaining about.
I Know right. It's not like he was asked questions in an interview or anything, He Just Keeps Going On And On abou-
Oh wait.
A lot of souls were lost today, and a lot of gamer souls crushed.
Halo = huge universe. Mass effect = huge universe.
Ya get what i'm saiyan?
