I understand what you mean. I think it's really weird that Halo has microtransactions and I'd rather they not be there.
But I'd much much rather everyone have access to all multiplayer maps and game modes without having to be separated between and being locked out of multiple game modes and multiple playlist due to different map packs and dlc.
