This says nothing about sales. This is because PS4 is launching and Chinese New Year is coming up and is the big gift giving season over there. Frankly they should drop it lower and throw in free games. Hell the games will get pirated anyway.
They might be saving that for right before PS4 launch. MSFT has a real opportunity to gain a huge market if they price the Xone $50 less then PS4. Chinese really racist hate the Japanese.

Great article. Before Xbox western consoles were a joke following the demise of Atari. All of the big console developers were Japanese. MSFT was the 1st western console that could go toe to toe with Sega, Nintendo and Sony. In fact you can argue the 2001 launch of the 1st Xbox partially contributed to Sega's demise (PS2 was obviously the biggest factor). Much like PS4 and Xone are behind Wii U decline.

It was just 1 month, but I think people need to stop focusing on MSFT beating Sony, and focus on Sony selling less consoles November 2014 (800,000) then they did November 2013 (1,100,000). Consoles normally sell MORE each year not less. It could just be that Sony had such a great start it's not sustainable as only so many people want one. Yes. The typical exclusivity deal will prevent Square Enix from working on a port until after launch. And it will clearly require parity. So I'm guessing they will start working in it after launch and all patches / bugs are worked out. It will take about a year to port. So you will get something in late 2016 or early 2017.
