Because I only ever played Halo 1 on the original Xbox and I got 5 remastered games for $50 with what will eventually be the dominant multiplayer game of this gen.
I played TLOU and GTA on PS3 A YEAR AGO, so I won't buy those. Gears or God of War Collections might be interesting as I have only played 1 title in each series, and both were 3-5 years ago.
Halo 5 will win best multiplayer, best shooter, best Xone game and GOTY.
J/K none of us know if any of these games will be good. UC4 could come out and score in the 70s, so could Halo.

Only Witcher and Final Fantasy are RPGs. DARK Souls, DMC and Bloodborne are action adventures like Mordor. That doesn't mean it's bad - Mordor is GOTY IMO. Fable should be added to this list.

It's fine to love Destiny. It's also fine to be massively disappointed. Even bad games have fans, and Destiny isn't bad, it's just not as great as promised. No game is for everyone. But you should market to the niche that will enjoy the game and not try to pawn it off on people that won't like it with unfulfilled promises. I'm looking at you Order and No Man's Sky.
If you want to fix Sony you break it up. The Movie Studio and Insurance/Finance company do not belong with the game, TV, phone business. But how do you breakup a company with such MASSIVE pension obligations and so much debt? It would be a nightmare and can only be done in bankruptcy court. Do it now, do it in 5 years, it doesn't matter. It's going to be forced on them. But some one will gladly buy the Play station brand. Google, Amazon, Apple.

Ive said a number of times over the last 2 weeks Nintendo is launching a new comsole and handheld in 2016. AMD has told investors that they are working on an x86 and an ARM chip for the console market. They have even told investors the contract has a minimum of $1 billion in revenues in the first 3 years starting in 2016. Nintendo has already given up on the WiiU. AMD has confirmed a 2016 launch for the Fusion Console and Fusion DS.
The issue Nintendo faced this cycle is that they made the console so underpowered the big Devs couldn't make 3rd party games for it, or didn't want to. As usual for Nintendo the 1st party games were brilliant - but you are missing a lot off stuff gamers consider must haves.
The Wii U has been the console to own for 2013 and 2014 but NOT 2015.

Console exclusives aren't necessary. They are a way for 2 nearly identical machines to compete, and its bad for all of us. But its the way of the world for now. When we go to streaming, the Devs will control everything.

If you want something that plays like Halo 1-4 get MCC. Halo 5 needs to bring a next gen feeling to gameplay. "FANS" might not like it, but those are the people that just want to keep playing the same thing over and over because they are good at it. The masses want something good equally great, but next gen.

Not quite yet. But in 3-4 months maybe. Wait for reviews on Order and Bloodborne. But definitely this year. Might want to wait for a price drop to compete with Xone.
But all the new games in 2015 will be PS4 and Xone exclusive. ALSO xgen games have huge differences. Go look at Mordor on 360 or PS3. No nemesis system, game is as boring as AC 17. With Nemesis it's GOTY.
