I knew it was going to flop but I thought it would sell at least 1mm. But it's only at 810,000 and has completely fallen off the charts. Most people on here were calling for it to sell several million, although they will never admit it. Im thinking BB breaks 1.5mm and might hit 2.0mm.

It can also be seen from the success of Indies, the massive success of casual portable titles, MOBA's or stuff like Hearthstone. Graphics are 10th on the list of things that really matter to making a game fun.

I played in the Beta and thought it was horrible. ESO is amazing now. I'm champion level 2 and I never once felt I was grinding. You end up with this really long epic quests. I would only complain that the world doesn't feel like Tamriel and the environments get pretty stale/repetitive. It's lacking scale. The biggest city I've seen doesn't have 100 people in it.

Slightly surprised the gap isn't larger with The Order and BB. I know Bloodborn didn't launch till the 24th - but I thought it would generate early excitement.

Titan Fall was incredibly successful. It was the 3rd most successful game on XOne selling 2.6mm units, 1.2mm for 360 and over 500k for PC. Author is a complete troll. Evolve has yet to break 1mm units - although it is outselling The Order 900k to 750k.

I love the Kinect. Voice commands in games can be really powerful. Madden is the best example. Timeout, audible, pass rush. But they don't need all the camera tech, just a microphone. I also use it for in game MP chat. Same with navigating the UI. Voice good, movement tracking is annoying. It's absolutely not worth $150. It's worth $50 as a good microphone.

AMD needs to die. They have had horrible management for 20 years and have burned billions of shareholder $$. They can no longer afford to invest in new tech and they can't attract good engineers.
