Why has everything got to have multiplayer. Most games get ruined because of it. Focus on the campaign for god sake, maybe add co-op, add Robin or something.

There is always going to be idiots in all public beta testing. Add to that there is hardware involved it will bring out even more idiots. Doesn't matter whetr it's Sony, Microsoft or Nintendo, idiots will always be idiots and there are plenty in each user base.

MAss Effect 2 is a good game that should be experienced by all. Frankly I could careless that it's on the PS3.
Mass Effect 1 has a far superior story to Mass Effect 2, however I do prefer the game play of Mass Effect 2.
The problem with Mass Effect 2 is that it's just a prelude to Mass Effect 3. All you do is recruit your team, do their loyalty missions and go fight the human reaper. The End
I could care less about it to be honest. It's not going to take off until the next gen anyway and by then 3d tvs will be a lot cheaper. At the moment I have no desire to replace my TV.

It's still against the TOU and considered modifying your console. According to Xbox Support that is. Just asked them as I'm having tech issues right now. They looked at the vid too.

Of course they are, so is Sony planning on the PS4 as are Nintendo planning on their next console. It takes numerous years to develop them, so yeah they all are.
I traded one of my games in once, and they gave me $5 for it at Gamestop, then put it on the shelf for like $35.
If thats the norm Gamestop can just give you the online pass for free(if u can buy them from gamestop) and still make a profit. Not as much, but still a profit. If they want to encourage people to buy used games.
Incorrect, you can ban the console from live as well as the gamertag. You can still use the console offline, it just won't connect to live anymore, due to you breaking the TOS.
Bricking the console is a whole different thing to banning.

If you download something illegally you have to deal with the consequences if you get caught.

MS are not at fault for putting up for downloading for reviewers. The hackers/thieves are. Although Microsoft should have just sent reviewers copies in the mail or something, it's still your responsibility as an adult to act like an adult.

Are they really that stupid to play it on a console that goes online. I think even if u unplug the ethernet cable as soon as u connect it back up the data of what you have played gets uploaded.
I think most who do this regularly have more than one console. One for going online and one for illegal stuff.
