Improve the story. The M1 story was way better than the M2 story.

They are all bad, they all want to give you the run around be it Microsoft, Sony, HP, you name it.
I've had bad experiences with MS trying to fix my 360, but I have also had good ones. I've had bad experiences with Sony trying to fix my PS3, but I have also had good experiences.

And why couldn't he take it back to the store, transferring his licenses really isn't an issue.
Sure you can only transfer the licenses once a year through the transfer tool, but if you have to do it more than once you just call up Xbox Support and they will do it for you. You just need your new console ID and serial number. I've had to do this twice and it took them 24 hours both times. I get an email once it's done and then can download my licenses.
If I could pick and choose each individual channel I'd be all for this.
What I hate about the likes of Direct TV is I have to choose a package. I want to choose and pay for the channels I want.
If it was financially viable for me to choose this rumored service i would. If I could save myself $20 - $30 a month getting this on my 360 rather than my direct tv box i would.

I don't play multiplayer, I only play the campaigns as I played every COD to date.
I felt the Black Ops campaign was a huge improvement on the four hour campaign that was MWII. However both MWII and Black Ops were no way near as good as the COD4 campaign.
IMO after COD4 the series has been on a decline.
Thankfully the last COD I bought was COD4, I rented the rest as they were not worth the $60 for a campaign only player.

The 360s powers the kinect unit so to have the kinect unit running you would have to have the 360s on.
If it had it's own individual powers supply like when it's connected to the older 360 models you could really ask the question.

Facebook on the PS3 is non-existant. there isn't an app you have to go to it via an archaic browser. There is no twitter app, you have to go to it via a web page, again going to it through a browser that makes IE4 look like Google Chrome.
