Nintendo has always been a powerhouse. They just don't flex their muscle.
My guess, $399 for Scorpio, and PS4 Pro drops to $349. If MS prices it higher than $399, they will bundle in 1-2 games. Probably the latest exclusive + classic well received game. E3 is going to be epic this year! Looking forward to seeing true 4K on consoles.

I hope PS5 isn't 2018, because that would be like Scorpio 1.1 as Scorpio is pushing the envelope already. One year isn't going to do much for technology improvement.
To top it off, if I was a PS4 Pro owner, I would be upset at Sony for selling me mid-gen upgrade that is obsolete in 2-years.
Number 1 reason for buying PS4 is resolution. To further add insult to injury, number 2 reason is Blu-Ray player. PS4 Pro lacks UHD Blu-Ray drive.

Xbox Play Anywhere is definitely a nice option. It adds value I can use, and not value that I cannot use like artificial exclusivity. MS should be praised for this controversial program.

The false promises of this game, and the release of new content forcing me out of the game is yes, a slap in the face to me.

Scorpio will not only have the best looking games on console, that rivals $2000 PC's, but it will have cloud processing in games so powerful that no other single computer can do. Think about that for a moment.

Sony really should have invested into it by improving tracking the way Oculus and Vive does.
That is because it is a stupid question and a stupid interpretation. It's not about reaching Netflix numbers, because even the almighty PS4 has far less user base than Netflix. The point isn't that it is going to reach Netflix user base and popularity, but that it introduces a service that for gaming purposes could be like Netflix did for video streaming.

It is a bug that made the character better!
By default you will get third party support, and all the games will run better on Scorpio. Then MS will add first and second party into the mix, with a little bit of that cloud magic. I'm looking at you Crackodown 3! The game that is impossible to do anywhere else right now.

Glad I'm not invested into the whole console war thing. Instead, I'm gonna enjoy Scorpio this Holiday. Can't wait for MS to unleash the monster. Looking forward to a console designed with performance in mind!
Couple that with cloud and Crackdown 3, and I really think no other machine will compare to it with the exception of extremely expensive PCs. Can't wait!!!
Personally, I would pair it up with an Xbox One controller, and you get the best of both worlds. Great exclusive with the best controller!
The Japanese market used to be single largest console market. Today, it is a fraction of it. Think closer to 5% of the total console market. The Japanese games influence has also drastically decreased to almost non-existence except for handful of long standing series like Final Fantasy and Resident Evil.
You kind of have to pursue it, so nobody is shoving it down your throat. That said, I'm sure gay people feel the opposite, that heterosexual romances is being shoved down their throat while playing.
Phil Spencer has come through on every thing he has said so far, except for the exclusive games. I think Phil's reputation is on the line with the user base, so he is going to show is hand this E3.
It's going to be a massive E3 for MS, especially if Forza 7 reveal is happening this coming week as rumored. That must mean, MS has too much to show at E3.
