I don't give a damn what mainstream media thinks. Mainstream media is a handful of people compared to the millions of potential customers who must do the ACTUAL purchasing.
Yep, and it wasn't just that one day either. This disaster has been 4 years in the making. All thanks to a lack of exclusives, focus on apps we can already get free on pc, Kinect, and casual focus.
It's been like that for 4 years and 360 owners ad to deal with that crap. Plus they also charged us Live fee's on top of things.

When speaking of M$'s approach to blending cloud gaming WITH retail blu ray disc games that were extracted to the Xbox One's HDD, it says:
"Gamers will need to have steady and strong Internet connections to ensure the images streamed to them from servers far away look good and perform well on their screens."
So I don't see anything revolutionary about, since Sony can do it too (they have Gaikai, the leaders in cloud gaming technology). ...

As this will require the system to be always-online if it's ability to enhance the consoles "power" is entirely cloud-based. ALSO, what's to stop PS4 from doing the same, considering it too is also cloud-based?

1-Mandatory install of all games onto HDD
2-Need a code to re-play used games.
3-Must log-in once every 24 hours to reconfirm your games.
HOW is this friendly to used-game buyers? And how delusional is the head of Gamestop? He let M$ tell him one thing, while M$ publicly states on Twitter and on legit publications the exact opposite of what it's telling Gamestop. I think Gamestop is in for a rude awakening.

Battlefield has destructable environments
Cod Ghosts has dynamic environments (stupid semi-scripted crap like logs rolling over when u shoot the cords holding them together (look at the video))
so clearly BF 4 wins due to the fact that their environments are destructable. Whether BF 4 looks better or not, destructable environments require a lot more prowess.
Well, there goes M$'s "exclusive" content lol. M$ never shoulda said it was exclusive if it really wasn't.
First M$ plants fake audience in the back row to cheer, then they say that Ultimate Team is exclusive when it isn't. Sad. SMH.

PS4 has a motion camera too. Been making great fitness games before Wii or Kinect ever existed. In fact, Kinect likely got it's name due to Sony's "Kinetic" game--the first ever motion tracking eye camera exercise game for home consoles (on ps2).
So i'm pretty sure PS4 has those fitness nuts covers too if that's what they are also looking for.
And since most of those kinds of games will be made by 3rd parties (like on 360), then sure...
Lol. Yeah. MS screwed up. Did u notice that also, on Activision's official COD channel, they blocked the ability to freely comment on the new COD. That's why you will only see "positive" fanboy messages under the official COD video. First MS plants their own applauding moles at their conference, and now Activision is blocking real comments about how lame/non-innovative the new COD game looks. Sad.

They claim it's a "new" engine, but it's clearly just the same, adapted to ALSO work on next-gen with a few extra graphical upgrades. That's all it appears to be. Plus their using the SAME assets as the previous games. Notice in the Xbox One reveal how there was the first person view of the SAME old guns and same old Guillie Suit models. Sickening.

No with M$ going totally casual, and tv-focused...we need all the hardcore companies we can get. Even Valve's steambox looks like it won't happen (their not even going to E3).
So Sony (and YES Nintendo too) are all we got. I endorse Nintendo now as well as Sony. Nintendo has a HUGE opportunity now to get the hardcore back. Hell I might even go buy a Wii U with my PS4 this holiday season. Anything to support REAL gaming companies. To hell with "CableBoX One",...
