Was this even on anyone's radar? I totally forgot about this. It's powerful, but 3DS has a HUGE head-start on it. What are they thinking?
Yeah MW2 had the best maps. It was just downhill after that. MW3 was a tragedy, map-wise.
Nice find! Thanks for the info!
Ummm...I actually believe that things like head-tracking and even eye tracking (both technology is used on pc to make games far more reactive) are good for gaming.
But I don't like it if it goes beyond that. i don't wanna wave my arms at all.
But head tracking can increase the speed, efficiency, and reaction time of a gamer. Imagine having your gun in an FPS game aimed in the 12 O'clock position, while being able to quickly look to your left to se...
I was just about to say that we should let people want game-based movies if their hearts so desired.
I was about to say that it's entirely up to them to want it.
But as I think about it, I see your point.
With each movie based on games, it's money that could have went towards making a new game. Also, every time a really crappy game-based movie releases (which is almost all of them), it makes gaming look pretty bad to the average perso...
I hope Sledgehammer stays away from COD. I hope it's a new IP. Seriously, they totally botched MW3. Worst maps, spawn points, and unbalanced weapons I ever seen in a COD game. I quit COD cold-turkey after that one.
Amen. The cost of multiple Wii U pads is gonna be astronomical. Even the cost of multiple pro-pads is gonna be high. The should at least patch it in post-release (if such a thing is possible).
If the exclusives belong to 3rd parties who otherwise woulda made more money by putting it on BOTH platforms, then YES, it was likely paid for by MS. Especially when they refuse to write of PS4 as a future prospect. Clearly they are just taking MS's dirty money, only to put it on PS4 also with all the DLC for free all for a lower price (like a GOTY edition). So it's all good.
Sweet! This is a classic that everyone should play. This, Breath of Fire 3, and Persona 4. My favorite JRPG's of all time.
Love this franchise. I actually improved due to the first game. Totally worth the cost.
Precious memories of A Link to the Past are flooding my membrane! I still play the GBA version on my Gamecube (using the GameBoy Player attachment).
Definite day 1 purchase for my 3DS.
^ Bingo!
Lol ok that explains it. I thought it was recent, so it would seemed like u enjoy console wars or something.
@GamingFeud (Ironic name?):
Who's picking sides? I just stated the facts--if u find them to be negative, then that is YOUR own perception that you are trying displace towards me. I didn't say it was negative. However, for the record--I'll say it now: Yes, Microsoft buying over exclusives, not focusing on hardcore gaming for the last 4 years, and the fact we have to beg them to NOT do evil anti-consumer stuff is in FACT, very very negative.
So ther...
So does that mean it can single me out from the rest of the room or something? What's that even mean? Also thanx for answering.
U shoulda pressed him man! Just kidding. But if I was there that woulda been my top question for him.
I know MOST people hate motion gaming, but just out of curiosity:
Does anyone even know exactly what in the world it is that the PS4 controller is capable of? I saw a tech demo
http://www.youtube.com/watc...
but it seems to be just an HD version of the PS3 eye. Has Sony ever announced exactly what it is that the camera does that improves upon the previous one? Can it do hea...
IDGAF if Nintendo says there won't be any online--they better add it or patch it in, because a game this heavy on co-op should have it. Otherwise, it looks fun.
PERSONA! and all the many other Shin megami tensei games on ps2. And let's not forget MGS 3 Substance.
@BullyMangler; The RE 1 remake used pre-rendered CG backgrounds and lighting techniques to look that good. Plus, by freeing up the hardware's power by using pre-rendered backgrounds, it allowed them to push the polygonal prowess of the Gamecube to make extremely high-poly-count 3d models for the few things that even WERE actually 3d (characters, zombies, a couple of items, etc)
So THAT is why it looked so good (even by today's HD standards). It's all smoke and mir...
