I'd love to see the next console be called "Nintendo Revolution", but I think I once read that the Japanese would have found that name to be too odd (back when they were coming up for a name for the original Wii).
I kinda disliked the ps4 design at first, until I saw the mock-ups of it in silver and in white. The lighter shades really bring out the design a lot more. Plus it reminds me of ps one a little more.
Umm, have u actually read the article?
I bought it last night. If old-school is what u want, this is the game for you! Plus it got favorable reviews online.
Damn, no Atlus? Need Persona 5! Also, I see Enterbrain on the list! Does this mean we might see a new RPG Maker??
One of the best GBC games.
Imo, Dragon Warrior games are pretty standard, vanilla jrpgs. I like Persona more for what it's done to reinvigorate jrpgs, but Dragon Quest has that old school SNES final fantasy nostalgic feel. Not my thing (anymore) but I believe that the online version plays nothing like the classic Dragon Quest games.
Yeah, headphones (or Turtle Beaches, etc) and some peace and quiet has enhanced a lot of gaming experiences for me. Especially very emotional/cinematic games like Persona 3 & 4, MGS 4, Heavy Rain, Mass Effect, L.A. Noir, Deus Ex, Journey, Shadow of the Collosus, etc
I like both but for different reasons.
Demon's Souls was less about grinding for level and armor (though there IS some of that), and more about sheer skill and learning to dodge and time attacks.
Dark Souls I liked for it's open world, and it's difficulty was just right (it's prequel was crazy hard so many got turned off...but I still persevered).
But one of my main issues with Dark Souls is that you could just grind for sup...
@mastercornholio:
Seriously, Sony needs to buy Atlus. With them filing for bankruptcy, I wonder about the future of Atlus. Sony is the only company that would let Atlus do their own thing and not censore the controversial topics found in their games.
Plus it would bring a surge of new jrpgs. Also NIS, Aksys, Vanilla, etc would make for good companies to acquire.
I'll take jrpg's over shooters any day.
Another smack in the face of Nvidia.
5 Better games:
Metal Gear Solid V
The Division
Watch Dogs
Final Fantasy 15
Kingdom Hearts 3
Titanfall looks like MW2 with mechs. Which could be fun, but isn't all that original except for the mechs gimmick.
Man I love RPG Maker/Tsukuru series. Would be nice if they put it on 3ds/Vita/Mobile Phones so we can create on the go
Why does it take Sony's staff all damn day to update the store? Why do they onlt do it at night? Don't they have families to go home to? Update it in the morning.
Yeah playing startegy games on the go is more fun to me. I like Advance Wars, Disgaea series, FF Tactics (psp and ds versions), Valkyria Chronicles 2, etc..
And don't see myself playing them at home due to the length of matches.
I wish Rainbow Moon was on vita, 3ds, or phones. I like it on ps3 but can't find time for the long matches at home.
Besides, wifi is good enough for a turn based strategy game on a handheld (if doing multiplay...
That's why i'm scared of the westernization of Metal gear online. If they add regen health, then it will only ruin the traditional flow of the game. Regen health, aim assist, cover-shooters, etc slow games down to a crawl or make shooting too easy (aim assist).
Buy it! SMT is the new Final Fantasy. Also if u also have a Vita, buy all the persona games too. And keep an eye out for SMTxFire Emblem if u have a Wii U.
Yes!!!! I love you Atlus!
What kind of a "business" has a use for Skype, YET at the same time doesn't have a PC/Laptop?
What a stupid idea. Skype is free on pc, and EVERY business that does conference video calls HAS a PC. If they get a Xbone before buying a PC, then they have their priorities screwed up (as a business) and probably have no real business-sense whatsoever.
