Yeah the 10.28 is just a best case number that will never be reached. They know good and well the ps5 is a 9 tflop machine. Just 10.28 sounds better than 9.28 vs 12 plus.

I don’t think so. They said a year or two so after one year they can start choosing on a per game basis. At this point every game that will be released will have been a game planned to be one the Xbox one anyway. Let’s not try to pretend being backwards and forwards compatible is anything but a very pro consumer move
Both do and stuff like ray tracing is where the sx advantages are gonna shine especially the extra cu’s . They can over clock all day it’s not gonna make up for the numbers difference.
You need to do some research the ps5 is the weaker system and it’s not even close
Of course it will run great on the more powerful system. Sony is going all in on global illumination because the ps5 isn’t gonna be able to do ray tracing as well as the sx
Guys I even said I wasn’t trashing the game. I just said it looks a heck of a lot like other games out there. It’s a minor gripe so it’s not that big a deal. As for the pc comment the game will be on other platforms besides PlayStation within 6 months of release. I don’t think Sony has the balls to go all in but they definitely want in on the market. It is the major reason for the recent rebranding of the studios and even talks about Sony games on other platforms.

I agree with you for sure. It seems I enjoyed the last one more than you but they did take some of its identity away from it. God of war 3 is amazing and easily the best game in the series. Not every game Sony makes needs to have the same camera angle and the same basic template
So what they are saying is what all the other developers and experts have been saying the last few days. The more powerful system is gonna run it better. The ssd isn’t gonna magically make up for all the systems shortcomings vs the competition. Smart move by epic China they know at the end of the day Xbox is one of their biggest customers and they wanna keep it that way.
