gameplay looks fast and fun and the technical stuff isn’t anything that can’t be fixed even if it needs delayed. Loved what I saw

Wow you break out a sales argument. About as original as Sony’s last ten games. Same game over and over. Third person camera a few emotional twists throughout the story boom you got a fan base happy to play the same reskin again and again. Well I guess dreams was kinda different but it flopped as did death stranding
Smart shift is just a way of trying to get more performance out of lesser chip sets. One does wonder why Mark Cerny will not say just how far it can drop. If it could maintain max clocks they would so I won’t be shocked to devs have to make compromises on the ps5 they won’t have to make on the series x. I don’t have much faith in most devs taking the time to get the most out of one machine when they got like 7 other platforms to target
I know it’s not happening but I really wouldn’t mind a rpg set in the halo universe. I love halo books , movies and cartoons . The extended lore in the universe is ripe for an amazing action rpg.
They will probably do something original which is cool. Very talented studio that will really shine with better financial backing
It’s not the best remaster honestly, Mafia 2 that is. It has slightly better textures and improved characters but nothing mind blowing. They just touched up the pc version probably. Still worth a play through if you have never played it. You can buy part 2 and 3 for 30 each or 60 for all three. The remake for part one is looking good from the screenshots released
Here’s the kicker. Let’s put aside Xbox or PlayStation for just once and get up in ubisofts grill if this game isn’t 60 FPS on both systems. There’s no excuse other than an in engine problem but that still leaves the whole of argument. If it’s not 60fps it’s just pure laziness or lack of time. Same thing in my book. Not to mention both systems should nail 4 k as well
I hope this is better than second son. I loved infamous 1 and 2 but second son never really pulled me in. It was a beautiful game but that was kinda it. Hopefully this improves on that and adds variety and depth to the world. I’ve never looked at sucker punch as an elite level dev . They make good games but not great games hopefully they prove me wrong this time

Well it’s not like Sony owns Blu-ray because they don’t. It’s like a coalition of three companies including Samsung that own the technology. Actually the anti piracy measure on Blu-ray was invented by Microsoft so don’t try to compare the Blu-ray drive to Sony renting servers and bumming tech from Xbox because you are talking about a whole new level of humble pie there

You are very correct my friend. We don’t know benchmarks yet and it also depends on just how custom the rdna2 is but amd is claiming a 40 to 60 % jump in efficiency. Even if it doesn’t get the top number it will be a great system with the bottom . That’s why I’ve said all sling both next gen systems are just monsters very capable of delivering a high end experience
